Well I guess I haven't written a review for this place yet, so here I go... This place shows up on Yelp as Dessert Queen and Yoboba. I'm pretty sure Yoboba is what it was called prior to new ownership (whenever that happened, I couldn't tell ya). Anyway, this is the place that saves the day for me whenever I am deep in the boonies between Phoenix and Tucson. Today was pretty hot, and even though it will be getting even hotter, I felt the need to cool down. I did a quick pick-up and the Lychee drinks hit the spot. The drinks were refreshing, made quickly and the employees have always been nice. The shop is always clean and the frozen yogurt area in the back of the store is no exception. I haven't tried the frozen yogurt here yet, but when I get an itch for it, I'll come back. The toppings are endless and the prices are not bad. Toppings are plentiful but half the flavors are broken which is a bummer. Owner is very friendly. Froyo is good!

I love this spot....especially bc it's close to my house. It's a small dessert boba spot and wverytime I go there is this super sweet pregnant lady behind the counter rocking and rolling. My favorite usual is a mango taro smoothie with extra boba. It tastes just like fruit loops. It's so good. Now they will tell you that custom shakes are non refundable so mix and match at your own risk. Buuuut the mango taro is MY fave. I can't remember if they sell hot drinks...I don't recall. They have ice cream...it might actually yogurt...I haven't partaken in that yet. I tried the passion fruit Panna cotta for the first time and it was good. I love passion fruit and custard desserts even though the texture isn't my favorite. The Panna cotta was good to me. And they even gave me a free passion fruit yogurt to try....that's my breakfast today. I added in some granola and demolished it. So good. The Dessert Queen is my go to for boba. The service is always kind, quick, and welcoming. The store is always clean and they have games and stuff to encourage people to hang out. It's a really cute spot. Check them out!!! read more

Horrible customer service I've experienced in a long time. Walk in the girl doesn't say hi, welcome in, nothing. Has a miserable look on her face the whole time. I even went out of my way to ask if we were bothering her by being there. She had a snarky little attitude and didn't have much to say. read more

Great drinks and love that they offer Taiyaki and muffins as well. Hope that they will bring the Dulce de leche flavor back as they did not have it when I went last but their cotton candy boba is really good for my sweet tooth, also love their strawberry boba as well. We are a family of five so we got five small size froyos with some toppings. We had to ask for the popping boba, wish we could've done it ourselves to put however much we wanted. Overall, very over priced! Some stuff was empty and the ambiance was very dark and depressing, lights were low. The service was good, the girl was very quiet, seemed shy. We have been coming here since early 2023. After this last time, I told my husband we don't need to go back. I used to love the drinks - I always get a flavored milk tea with boba or sometimes house specials. The last two times we have gone the drink flavor is off and grainy. This time the vanilla milk tea with boba was not good. The drink mix powder was still grainy in the bottom of my cup. There was a layer of it at the bottom. The boba had no flavor and tasted like nothing. Not even tapioca. The bathrooms are not for the public. At a place that serves drinks...ok. I get that. Don't really need to wash your hands for that. The place is cute and almost always clean. K-pop is usually playing and the servers are friendly. Looks like. They no longer serve macarons. For me it's just the quality of drinks went down and as a treat - nope. read more

Came here with my family for desert and to be honest, it just wasn't that good. The menu looks appealing, but the product itself lacks. My wife got ice cream or frozen yogurt, wasn't sweet and tasted weird. My son got chocolate ice cream and his tasted weird too. Don't know the name of it, but I ordered the mango boba drink and couldn't taste the mango and the flavor was weird. Common denominator is the flavor is off here. For starters, this place is expensive as hell. Now, we've been here a few times. All three times more than half of the machines were not working (Nightmares of McDonald's) Just blank screens. on one occasion, there were only 2 machines in operation. Secondly, the self serve topping area needs to be kepy clean. The manager / Owner needs to step it up a bit. I don't see this bplace being around too much longer. read more

They never have boba at night I wish I could say almost always but I am being so fr they never ever have boba at night it is so annoying but the boba is good and the frozen yogurt is good no other complaints. read more

We've been to this place a few times now and have been happy each time. Haven't had the yogurt in a while, instead we've all been hooked on their drinks lately! When we visited and had the yogurt, I remember none of us were really impressed. It wasn't necessarily bad, but not good either. Granted, this was at some point over the last year or so while C restrictions in the dining world were still all over the place, so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Overall we were very impressed by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Recently, we've visited a handful of times and have loved every visit! This place is pretty much immaculate in terms of cleanliness, and the staff is still friendly as ever. The drinks we've had range from slushes to smoothies to (my favorite) milk tea. The strawberry milk tea with boba is sooo good! We've also had the watermelon and honeydew milk tea, which were great! Now that we live out in this area, we will definitely be frequenting this spot more often! read more

I love this place. The staff is so nice here, and the shop is super clean! I usually get a fruit smoothie, but they have so many options like slushees, milk teas , protein smoothies and self-serve FROYO! There are also some cool add ons for some of the drinks like boba and poppers! They always have such good music playing too!!! I love KPop! read more

I love this place! The owner is delightful and invested in the community. The froyo is delicious; they also serve boba tea and other goodies. The atmosphere is lovely, and there's free wifi, so it's an awesome place to sit and work or relax. last time i'm coming. i came an hour and a half before they closed and they had almost all toppings put away. i asked for some brownies for my froyo, one of the girls went to the back to get them and the cashier checked me out and when the other girl come out she seen me already paid then walked away again to put them back without saying ANYTHING to me. i asked what happened to my brownies and they said they can't give them to me anymore since i paid already. why make me pay?? i asked if i can pay for a side and she said no. no common sense or customer service. they acted like that .50¢ came out of their wallet! then the girl AFTER me got her boba drink before i did. mine was left untouched in the back. i never leave reviews but this place sucks. My family got food poisoning after visiting here. We had all gotten frozen yogurt and upon eating it. It didn't taste right.. almost fermented/sour. Brought the issue up to the girl working and she had offered us more yogurt..but that's the last thing we need. Every favor we had tried (don't do samples due to covid) we had all gotten different things. Each one worse than the next, as if the machines hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. This place has the rudest staff! I went in on June 5 and I placed an order for a strawberry kiwi smoothie and got a kiwi drink. When I brought it to their attention they were very rude with me and would not correct their mistake.They just insisted on arguing so I left. I will never again purchase anything from this location. They need to teach customer etiquette. They stated that they would only correct it, if I place another order and paid for it. Also I have placed this order many times before so I know what I was ordering. They later tried to say they checked their camera which I know was a big fat LIE. The music is extremely loud and you would not be able to hear anything. After writing a review they responded to cover their own butts... They then offered a refund or the correct drink. What ever happened to "customer is always right". They should have fixed it then and there and it would have all been good. The workers in this store have no integrity at all! read more
