I am blown away by this place! Went for the first time today and totally regret only getting a small size for my coffee. Drinks: we got 1 iced chai & 1 vanilla spiced latte (with oat milk). Both were really good! The chai was a bit on the sweeter side but I would def get it again - maybe ask for less sugar next time or make it dirty. The vanilla spiced latte was delish, best combination of not too sweet and not too bitter (do I sound like Goldilocks? LOL) Service: the lady at the front was super sweet. Of course I'm confused as to what to order. She asked me what I typically drink and recommended the vanilla spiced latte (which clearly did not disappoint). i have been waiting for this place to open since January (thats when i moved to Katy) and i was bummed when Covid hit and it took longer for this place to open! so yay now i am super excited to have this as my go to coffee place from now on. i ordered the large size latte, which is a 24 ounce super convenient size! the espresso is so creamy and rich and has no bitterness whatsoever! i dont add sweetness to my coffee and this one doesn't need it anyways my husband got the caramel blondie. it was so yummy even for me who is not a fan of seeet coffee drinks but i was able to taste the esspresso! perfect combination my little one (5 y/o) got the chocolate oreo milk shake and it was approved by him lol he said (it is so yummy i wanna cry lol) so this place is approved by our family read more

The staff was friendly, but they were very understaffed for the amount of customers they had in the cafe/drive thru. There were towels all over the counters (health code violation), the milks/Whipped cream were all out on the counters (not being refrigerated), and the ice bin was left open the entire time I was there. That's three health and safety issues when it comes to drink/food prep. They really need to train employees on food safety standards and enforce it. Milk being out of temp could get someone seriously sick. read more

My husband and I are huge fans of bubble tea (Chinatown!) and are coffee snobs who like to make our espresso only at home. This place has the smoothest, most aromatic, and richest tasting brew I have had in a while! This is the best coffee I have had in Texas. Not happy with my experience at all. New to the area and I've been wanting to try this place out. I walk in around 1 and it's pretty quiet. The female barista was laughing up a storm and being a chatty Kathy with whoever was in the drive thru. She made eye contact with me several times and couldn't be bothered to tell me she would be with me shortly or any other kind of salutation. A male employee was sweeping the floor when I walked in and continued to do so as I waited. And waited. And waited. Chatty Kathy continued her conversation at the drive thru even after the customer had paid and received their coffee. Finally, after about 7 minutes of just standing there (7 minutes too long) the male barista stopped sweeping (didn't wash his hands) and took my order. And the cherry on top, the coffee was mediocre at best. Sat down and did some work for about 20 minutes before throwing my coffee away and leaving. I always always always try to support local before going to Sbux but after this visit, I'll stick to Starbucks. At least they greet people!! read more
