First time there and I used the drive-thru. The person taking my order was super friendly and took her time answering my questions. I went w/ the Mexican Mocha hot size small for $4 and change. My coffee was ready pretty quickly and piping hot. The Mexican Mocha was semi-sweet and strong. Next time I'll try it iced or blended since I enjoyed it. So after a few visits things aren't as they seem. The first few times they had their baristas on point. Not so much now present day. After emailing about my experience I was given a free drink which in my opinion is okay. Getting my drinks the sameeeee outcome. Hot cup with no sleeve, forgot the cream and sugar, order completely wrong, the barista super monotoned and not courteous whatsoever. Not only is their coffee amazing, but the staff truly make this place a great experience. They are all super friendly, greet you with a smile, and talk to you like a friend. Ordered two dry cappuccinos and returned for remake twice as full of foamed milk. After two remakes the guy (doesn't qualify as a barista) insisted he only put a little bit of milk and the rest foam. He obviously doesn't know the difference between foam and steamed milk!! The weight of the drink alone should have provided him a clue but he was definitely clueless - he just kept steaming the milk and pouring it straight into the cup, incredibly arrogant and not customer focused. Just gave up as it seems this location is suffering the much talked about issue of having to rely on unqualified staff!! Couldn't believe he just kept making the same mistake over and over. Can't comment on the coffee as it was full of watery milk!!! read more

I am obsessed with this coffee shop!! My favorites are caramel truffle and blackout. The caramel truffle is slightly sweeter than the blackout but overall they taste almost the same. The price is unbeatable, the extra large, which is 32oz, is only almost $6. That's crazy. The most affordable coffee in Katy. Their customer services are exceptional. I feel so welcomed and appreciated every time I visit them. They do more than what a cashier suppose to do. If you do drive thru, they would chat with you while waiting on your drinks. Unlike the other places where they would just shut the window. They're all super friendly. The place is very clean and spacious. Just tried this place after looking up coffee shops on Yelp. The menu was easy to read and the person that took my order was very nice as it was our first time and we needed to look at the menu and ask questions. We ordered a caramel blondie and the Mexican mocha. Both were good. The Mexican mocha was on special which was a nice surprise so it was only $3. Quality control needs improvement. More than once I've received unfinished drinks meaning they leave stuff out and doesn't look anything like the picture. The last time I was there I was watching the girl washing the blender in between drinks. She never emptied out the blender all the way so people were getting a lot of backwash mixed in with their drinks. read more

I think this is the best coffee place in Katy! Their drinks are very smooth and have a very nice flavor to them all. My favorites were the iced blackout, the caramel blondie chiller, and the iced hazelnut latte. Service has always been great every time I've come and even better yet they have happy hour every day for $2 medium sized drinks which is a pretty great deal if you ask me. This is our new coffee spot! Every time we come, we question why people would rather sit in line for 20 minutes at Starbs. The service is here is quick and they are all super friendly! The coffee tastes 10/10 every time, we never feel like it could have been better when we re-order the same drinks. Personally I think the roast is good for an every day coffee drinker. It is the best spot to get that sweet caffeine fix for those who don't care too much about the quality of the roast but more about the sweet/fun taste. I got the cold brew and it was a bit too acidic and when I added cream, the coffee flavor just tasted watered down and gone.
