I'm a coffee fanatic, so when I recently traveled to Colorado, I HAD to get my Dutch Bros fix. Dutch Bros coffee never disappoints, and I really wish they'd open one in Omaha! Every drink I've tried here has been delicious, never too bitter or burnt. Plus, the prices are reasonable, which is a nice bonus. The staff here really makes the experience. They're all super friendly, always smiling and genuinely interested in how your day is going. It's refreshing to see such great customer service! Dutch Bros also makes it easy to grab coffee on the go with their convenient drive-thru. We stopped here on our way out of Colorado, and it took less than five minutes to get our order and be on our way. They've managed to create a lively, fun atmosphere with music blaring through the speakers and the staff engaging with every customer. The employees are always welcoming and in a good mood. But the time it takes to get a drink is ridiculous. I'll make an online order at 10:00 a.m. And arrive at Dutch bros at 10:15 I'll have to wait about 5 minutes and then head inside, wait in a probably 5 minute line, just to then be told it's not ready. Then wait in the store for another 10-15 minutes for my drink. I'm not sure if online orders are prioritized as much, but regardless, the employees and drinks are always amazing and even though the waiting is ass, it's usually worth it ‍ read more

Love dutch bros, but honestly the dude working the front register, right side nose piercing, black sweater and dirty blond hair, he really pissed me off, don't know if its because of my appearance there, but everyone who walked in got their drinks and it took mine about 20 + mins to get it, even when i did an online order. By the time i got up to the register, i was gonna cancel because at this point its been about almost 30mins to get. He then said "let me see if it's done" it's been done and my drink was watered down already, my whip cream was melted. This place and it's amazing employees sometimes is the only thing that gets me through the day. They always make my drink to perfection and when they wish me a great day, I know they truly mean it ! They're wonderful people who work great together as a team. Even when they're super busy with a line of cars and people waiting, they are friendly and positive and efficient- making their job seem fun and easy. And I was so impressed how quickly they responded and fixed my issue .. even getting back to me on a Sunday! They were so competent that I doubted it was already fixed.. nothing is EVER that easy. Caveat to my review: if you want plain, drip coffee - go elsewhere because they don't sell it. They sell cold brew coffee (but they do sell it hot) and espresso. Check their menu online before complaining. I'm not sure how many different types of drinks they sell. I'm a fan of their cold brew coffee, nitro cold brew, teas, chais, and lemonades. I recommend checking their menu online to choose your drinks because their posted menu only lists the most popular items. There's a bigger listing online. read more

This location used to be amazing, and dutch bros is the best coffee place ever. But, this location has gone downhill over the last 3 months. It's closer to my wife's work, and she won't even go to this location any more, and would rather go out of her way to get a decent cup of coffee from a different location. My wife and I go to Dutch bros, at a minimum 2 times a day EACH, and this one just isn't it anymore. The quality is horrible, the customer service is just meh. Possibly the best cold brew I've ever had! The caramel pumpkin flavor and the raw sugar sprinkles are such a delight.

Yeah so basically when I get christmas morning chais they turn out ok but this time I got a plain ol chai after ordering a christmas morning chai. They use store bought Oregon chai and regular milk for this, which combined totals about 7 dollars if you buy the large cartons of each at the store. The drink I got was $6 and 1/8 the amount of what you get from kings. So the fact that they made my drink wrong and i got charged for a christmas morning chai which is overpriced in the first place (I know corporate controls the prices but still) is absurd. I would go back in line but that line is long as a mom and I don't wanna wait. I'm really disappointed guys. Don't be lazy mfs and just make my goddamn Christmas morning chais correctly dont halfass and make me a stupid regular chai and think I won't notice because they taste so different. read more
