I'll make an online order at 10:00 a.m. And arrive at Dutch bros at 10:15 I'll have to wait about 5 minutes and then head inside, wait in a probably 5 minute line, just to then be told it's not ready. Then wait in the store for another 10-15 minutes for my drink. This location used to be amazing, and dutch bros is the best coffee place ever. But, this location has gone downhill over the last 3 months. It's closer to my wife's work, and she won't even go to this location any more, and would rather go out of her way to get a decent cup of coffee from a different location. My wife and I go to Dutch bros, at a minimum 2 times a day EACH, and this one just isn't it anymore. The quality is horrible, the customer service is just meh. Yeah so basically when I get christmas morning chais they turn out ok but this time I got a plain ol chai after ordering a christmas morning chai. They use store bought Oregon chai and regular milk for this, which combined totals about 7 dollars if you buy the large cartons of each at the store. The drink I got was $6 and 1/8 the amount of what you get from kings. So the fact that they made my drink wrong and i got charged for a christmas morning chai which is overpriced in the first place (I know corporate controls the prices but still) is absurd. I would go back in line but that line is long as a mom and I don't wanna wait. I'm really disappointed guys.
