I read in another review that dogs are welcome, which was evident with the dog hairs on the sofa I sat on. There was street parking, not abundantly so on the day I visited. Once I got the parking figured out, I went in and got a Chaga Matcha. I saw that it had monk fruit sweetener and was a bit apprehensive, as I never really jived with the taste of it. I could not distinguish it from any other sweetener. The bring was smooth and gone too quick. The shop was a pretty good side and very quiet when I went, late afternoon. It felt like a great place to get so work done. My only note, is that as a medium it was a bit smaller than the norm. So I would advise expecting smaller sizing.

Many months ago, I was on my way to this location and tried ordering through the app. There was an issue though.When I got there, I hoped they could provide me with a phone # or some idea of how to go about getting a fix. I thought I was being nice, but I was treated like I didn't matter AT ALL. Rude. Not only did I have a bad experience at this particular location, but the company as a whole ended up disappointing me. The issue took weeks to resolve because getting help was so tricky and difficult. The people who work at coffee places like these aren't necessarily aiming to spend their lives there, so I understand if they aren't going to bend over backwards for every little thing. I do expect a certain level of management to be present though, and the employee who didn't know anything other than how to serve a drink could have referred me to someone who knew more.
