Only downside is that parking is challenging with many spots in the tiny lot reserved for other establishments. Many park on the side street or the Keeper's parking lot and walk over. I got the rose lychee green tea which comes with little lychee chunks on the bottom. At 75% sweet I'd say it was a good amount of sweetness for my preference. I'd come back just because they have lots of interesting flavor options that I'd be curious to try. Pricing is pretty standard these days with a drink coming out to around $6-$7.
