When I attempted to clarify something, I was cut off and told, "I'm still talking." That alone tells you everything you need to know about how this company treats potential customers. Interrupting a customer, dismissing questions, and acting irritated during a simple inquiry is unacceptable. If this is how they treat someone trying to give them business, I can only imagine how they treat customers once they have your money. To make matters worse, the pricing was absurdly high for what amounts to a very small rental. There was nothing about the product, service, or attitude that justified the cost. Between the inflated pricing and the outright disrespect, this company has given me every reason to take my business elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. There are plenty of other rental companies that offer fair pricing and know how to speak to people without the attitude.
