If I hadn't called and texted my previous driver I would've been sitting waiting for someone to pick me up that wouldn't be coming! They closed in June. The owner is having serious health problems, however his daughter is in charge of booking and contacting the client. I am trying to get my money back, find a ride. We were looking to transport two parents with and infant and toddler from and to Logan, and they had lots of questions. Kayla patiently answered all immediately via email, and then connected us to Rich, the owner, when she thought he could provide more information. We had an excellent experience. Rich picked up the family at Logan, and because it was dinner time he brought along a pizza (greatly appreciated, especially by the toddler). He arrived 25 minutes early for the return trip. He is personable and patient. And the fare was very reasonable--I believe he offers the best value of any service in the area. We'll definitely use Aisling in the future, and recommend them enthusiastically to others.

We called Black Tie the night before arrival and they were wonderful. The receptionist made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Their communication was first rate! From immediate confirmation emails to text messages from the driver- you were always kept informed and updated. We were picked up in a Cadillac SUV that was impeccably clean. The driver, Kevin, arrived early, gave us specific directions where to find him. He was in a suit and held an electronic sign with our name on it so he was easy to identify. It was an unbranded payment website, so I texted the rep a simple question about whether they took any other forms of payment than the link in the email, just out of curiosity to see if they took stripe/venmo or something more standard/safe. The rep completely blew up on me and cancelled my reservation then was aggressively calling me out over texts saying I was asking them to integrate Stripe and that they couldn't just integrate and accept any form of payment like that from a customer ask.. I was just asking a simple question, I was happy to use the provided payment processor if the answer was no, but they totally blew the whole thing up for no reason.
