They took apart my bed and offered to reassemble! My mattress did get a bit damaged on the bottom and a screen door flexi-glass broke. However, they reduced the original quote to pay for those damages and I was very much grateful. During the move it started to rain and they were able to move quickly to get my soft furniture out of truck so it wasn't ruined. In addition, I did pitch in to help and their initial was response was that I definitely didn't need to do that but I felt bad just standing around. Lastly, I had some items I needed to pitch that required a larger dumpster and they took it for me at no additional charge! Overall, great experience and highly recommend utilizing this moving company!

During the move floors were unprotected and gouged and scratched and walls were also scratched and gouged. A 3 piece wall unit was ripped apart without the connecting bolts removed. In addition, 2 of the 6 glass doors were broken. A dryer and freezer were both damaged and the freezer stopped working. Parts were left anywhere. For example, 2 futons were taken apart. At the new house futon parts were found in the garage, some in the kitchen and others in the basement. Shelves to a bookcase were not found. Trash was left behind in our yard after they left. This is not a comprehensive list, just the major highlights. I filed a claim, and almost 4 months later here are the results. The damages to floors and walls cost over $1600 to fix. They offer $0 to repair. The bookcase cost $1100 30 years ago, and $7000 to replicate. They offer $850. The freezer reimbursement offer was $60. I elected $10,000 insurance, but you see the results of my claim submission. And we did have a bit of a hiccup because we had to offload at two different stops. The last stop had a very teeny elevator, and a ridiculously dumb access point, but that was the apartment buildings rules, though... We had to comply. It was kind of a nightmare. These guys were so good, that I hired them three days later to move new furniture from a different condo into this one. Once again, they were punctual and fun to work with and most importantly... In both of these moves, nothing was damaged! Nothing. And they were expert at disassembling and assembling a very large bed frame. They had to get really creative, moving it out of this condo and then into the new one. They got it done. I highly recommend. 10 out of 10. Would repeat.
