He called and said it was his fault and he would fix it at no cost to me, weeks later he changed his cell number and doesn't go to the shop anymore. the counter girl says he isn't feeling well but wont give out his number or tell anyone where he is. He now said someone else did it (through the girl) and he's not responsible. stay away from this shop. The cost to fix it again is over $1,900 at another shop...... suing him wont help, he lost his house and the landlord told me he is months behind in rent and he is ready to shut him out.

Time it took to do the job right and the time it took to fix your "work". What does a mirror have to do with your work, your comments are the reflection of your mental capacity. Again, take your bike in to this shop and then you will know the truth. Also do not let the guy test ride it, unless it has training wheels.

They have utilized sub-par/off-brand parts and have placed the customer in costly and terrible predicaments as a result. It is also quite difficult to get this shop to own up to their mistakes and blunders (such as taking your bike in for routine maintenance only to have it returned needing repairs). In the end, they are not a shop you want to risk your life on.
