    I can't say enough good things about SoSo Cycle. From the moment I pulled up with my trailer, the team went above and beyond to help me out. When I asked for a hand unloading my bike, Renee jumped right in without hesitation. He handled everything himself, even took the time to turn my trailer around so it was set up for me to just drive out easily. That kind of help means so much when you're doing things solo. Inside, Nathan and Lennon were both amazing. Nathan helped me check my account and figure out my options, and with his and Lennon's help, I was able to purchase a new Yamaha. On top of that, Lennon really came through in problem-solving how to get both bikes home since I only had a single trailer. Their willingness to work with me on that was huge. And I can't forget Dario, he's always been my go-to for accessories and never fails to make sure I'm set up right. From helping me figure out a phone mount for my sport bike to answering all the little questions, he's consistently been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The whole team here genuinely cares, and it shows. They don't just sell bikes, they support riders. I'm so grateful for all their help, and I'll continue coming back because of the amazing service and people. Thank you, SoSo Cycle...you've earned a lifelong customer.

    Great Establishment to do business with. They Endorsed the sale of a motorcycle that was incorrectly marked down on price. It was a very unlucky but also very lucky transaction. Lennon and the Cash-Man were both conversational and professional individuals. If this dealership was down the street for me, I would have a tightly stuffed garage. They are honest, clear with pricing, don't add any fluff, and omit sales tactics. Additionally, I enjoyed a hot coffee while browsing their expansive floor selection, both new and used and across all budgets. This showroom has every flavor and is sure to not disappoint anyone aside from the wife. I cannot speak of the other two locations or the service department, but I have come to the conscientious that those would also be welcomed experiences.     I had an amazing Experience in this store, everyone was helpful, and they had the bike I was looking for. I purchased 2024 Yamaha YZF-R7. Very nice bike. I went in and they already had my bike put aside for me, the paper work went quickly and with no issues. I will definitely come purchase another new bike from SoSo Cycles(Concord). I will definitely Recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a Motorcycle.

    I don't normally leave reviews but in this case I feel like I need to so others know what to expect. First I would like to start by saying that the staff at this dealership is very nice and helpful. From the moment I made a phone call to the time I took delivery I was treated very well. Second, the showroom is very tidy and well kept. They have a lot of inventory so the floor is full. Now the bad. I purchased a Yamaha XSR900 which is a $10,199 before taxes and fees and I walked out of the dealership paying over $13,000. This dealership took advantage or the current economic climate and charged me over $1500 in "handling fees". To put in perspective how bad this is I paid $600 for delivery of a new Jeep worth 5 times the cost of this motorcycle. That is $1500 to literally take this motorcycle out of a box and remove the plastic. There is no justification for this other than pure greed. I reluctantly paid this because I have been waiting for a long time for this bike and the alternative was driving 8 hours to pick one up in SoCal which would have cost me around the same in travel expenses and time. That being said would I recommend this dealer? Absolutely not after this experience. Under any other circumstance I would have just walked out. It's unfortunate because I usually buy a bike every couple of years but this place will never see another dime from me even if they sold it to me at cost.

    I had an excellent experience with this company. A year ago, I ordered my GS as soon as BMW began distributing them in the US. I received a call inviting me to view the available inventory. I had pre-ordered a Triple Black, but the only black bikes they had featured forged black wheels, which I did not prefer as I specifically wanted spoked wheels for my Triple Black 1400. There was another bike with all the options I desired and the correct wheels, but it was blue. Lenon and the management team went above and beyond by swapping out the fairings from the Trophy Edition to Triple Black, ensuring I got the exact bike I wanted. The team was great, and the staff were very helpful. They did not pressure me into purchasing a warranty, making the experience generally no-pressure and very pleasant.

    The staff has always been super nice to me and my family. If you're looking to purchase a motorcycle or parts then I would definitely recommend contacting them. I purchased my second bike from them two weeks ago.

    On February 25, 2026 I, a female, took my 2020 Subaru Outback here for what was certain a faulty…read morethermo control valve. This is a known defect so the repair was under warranty. My car was due for a filter/oil change which I've had done there before when there is a special. I downloaded a $99 coupon from Subaru website and Marcos said they would, of course, honor it. At the same time, I knew my rear brakes needed replacing. I recently was told by a trusted mechanic that they were down to 5mm and I could go a bit longer. Subaru told me they were 2 or 3 mm and needed replacing. I was quoted ~$675. After some logic reasoning I said to go ahead. The day before I was to pick up the Marcos called me and said the rotors needed grinding. I was already worried they would find something to pin extra fees on so I said no to the rotors. He did not say or confirm if I still wanted the brakes done. I only said no to the rotors and the extra $$. When I picked up the car the next day, they hadn't done the brakes and he hadn't honored the $99 oil/filter coupon! I contacted S.O.A. (Subaru of America) and was given a ticket #. I was contacted by a Rep from S.O.A. and explained my frustration. He told me to call Kevin Parker at Diablo Subaru and he'd address my grievances. I left KP two VMM and let SOA know I KP hadn't returned my calls. On my third attempt I was put directly through to KP. He apologized for the lack of communication, and offered to refund me full fee for the oil/filter change, $152.00 I was only requesting the difference. He said it would take a few days to show up on my Visa, and if I hadn't received it within a week to call him back. I waited two weeks without a refund, left him a VM, and left him another VM last week. No response. I reached out to my S.O.A. Rep and he was suppose to f/u with KP. IF YOU WANT NON-GENDER BIASED (Just my inner voice as a female) SERVICE, IF YOU WANT EVERYTHING COMMUNICATED TO YOU UP FRONT, IF YOU WANT TRANSPARENCY, IF YOU STILL BELIEVE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPORTANT, IF YOU LIKE TO HAVE YOUR ISSUES RESOLVED IN A PROFESSIONAL TIMELY MANNER..... DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BE SERVICED AT DIABLO SUBARU.
