The view though from the infinity pool/ hot tub was beautiful. We checked out the gym/ lap pool and hot tub over there. The gym is a good size and not too crowded for a Monday morning. They have a nice locker room and other amenities. The lap pool is great too! Turn down service was good, but I almost expected more- pillows were put away but it didn't seem like it was a thorough job - coming from a five star perspective. Also our shades didn't close entirely so the room had quite a bit of light still coming in which we couldn't seem to have the perfectly dark room. The restaurant was great for a last minute meal, but didn't have a ton of offerings nor did it have value priced meals. It also closes at 9 pm which isn't ideal if you tend to eat late. During conversations with staff/supervisors (the middle aged blonde woman at the front in particular), we were verbally assured multiple times that we would receive a full refund if we chose to cancel and leave. She was very rude during the entire interaction however. We relied on those statements, left the property, never used the room overnight, and then later were told no refund had ever been promised. The conflicting information and handling of the situation was incredibly frustrating, especially for a family with children. After trying to resolve it directly, I was forced to open a dispute through my bank. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will not be returning.

So we call the front desk and theyre out and they tell us we can buy some from the sky market. I asked them to buy it from sky market themselves and bring it to us and they refused We then order from Spencer's online and the online order doesn't save our modifications This place sucks go elsewhere
