There is ample parking outside. They carry everything anyone would ever need for office supplies. Note, this is not a specialty store, art store etc. so you wont' find unique or hard to find office supplies. But if you are looking for your basics plus a little more, this is a great place to go, decent prices and helpful staff. Not much more to say!

But you receive a message saying that a 'delivery attempt was made' is truly abysmal. The driver actually came to my house at 11:56 this morning, fumbled around in the back, got in the driver seat and left without saying anything to me. I wasn't sure it was a FedEx driver until he got back in the seat. Needless to say, he never returned. I'm highly disappointed also in the fact that I'm unable to talk to a representative because the automated system keeps giving me the runaround. They have been trying to deliver this package to me all week with Tuesday and Wednesday being my fault. I would have let them know but I'm unable to reach anyone or change anything online. Thursday was a total waste and the lie at the end was the worst. Now they're going to attempt on Friday and again I'm not going to be available. I could try to have someone wait but I don't know when the driver will show up and I can't have someone wait all day. It's just frustrating.

My problem started with an additional charge relating to a fax I'd sent earlier in the day, this charge wasn't on the display when I used the fax machine at the shop. This is something I noticed on-line while checking my card details. Talking to the clerks at the FedEx Kinko's store was no help. The charge was an extra dollar. $1.00. It took twenty five minutes and six phone transfers to get to the bottom of this charge. One dropped transfer. A big circle from the store to FedEx Kinko's CS, the revenue department then back to FedEx Kinko's CS. The final associate I spoke too said that the charge was an authorization charge and it should drop in a few days. Awesome. She went on to apologize for the lengthy wait and say that her response is elementary information that any of the CSA's I spoke to earlier could have answered. $1.00 = 25 minutes of time. Terrible stats.

The next week I was scheduled to get the job done on Friday. Gabe and Alan came and got the job done in a few hours and did a great job. They were professional , they cleaned up the area and they even put bypass valves on my water filtration/softener system so in case my water filter failed, I wouldn't have a leak problem. They even showed me what they were doing and explained the process to me. Phoned Barry late on Wednesday afternoon, and after describing my issue he suggested I phone the office to make an appointment. Phoned and spoke with Macy that afternoon and make an appointment for Friday morning (second in line for Friday). Around 0210pm on Friday I had to call the office as no one had come by the house nor called to let me know when I could expect someone. Was told they had a water line break they had to make a priority over my issue. Understandable. What was not was the fact no one thought it wise to not to not call a customer for roughly six hours that it was unlikely they would honor their appointment. Then tell me they could come after hours if I would pay the Over-Time rate. So, they would not honor their commitment and expect me to pay extra for their failure. Instead, I asked to reschedule. Macy offered a late Monday spot, but could not guarantee they could make it if other jobs ran late. Again, was told they could come outside hours if I paid OT rates for their inability to fulfill their commitment. She said I could get the first appointment for Tuesday, the next day. I took that option. So, Barry sends me a text at 0816am on Tuesday that he is running late as no one told him he had an appointment with me and he had to do something with a child at school. Adding that "I'll be there asap." I am typing this at 0125pm on Tuesday and Barry is not here yet nor has he or anyone from Turner Plumbing called to update. Just the facts. Make your own judgement.

These movers were the cheapest ones I could find, and I should have paid more for better ones…read more When they arrived, I had everything neatly organized in my home. The heaviest things were on the bottom, and fragile boxes were set completely aside. I pointed out the fragile boxes specifically when they arrived. I then left them to the work - I thought it would be rude to micromanage them. When I arrived at my destination and started unloading things, their shoddy packing job became clear. I didn't include pictures of everything, but the ones I did include give a good idea. The back wall of boxes was at least orderly, but boxes were turned upside down for no apparent reason, fragile boxes were placed on the bottom of the pile and smashed, and heavy boxes of books were placed on the top. Furniture was placed on top of boxes, smashing them and their contents. As you can see in the picture, packing after that first row apparently became a game of trying to turn and jam boxes wherever they would fit. The bottom of one sofa was torn along with one of the springs. At first, I couldn't tell how it happened. When I discovered that the fabric was caught in the wood of a table that was behind it, I pieced together that they must have put the sofa in first and then tried to jam the table behind it without moving it to avoid damage. A TV console's top was torn off on one side due to incorrect lifting. With professional packing, there would have been enough foresight to avoid all of these issues. I knew that I wasn't going to be getting the best service with the cheapest movers, and I was willing to accept a certain amount of dings and scrapes. But the damage to my items was far beyond what is reasonable to expect regardless of the price paid. The fact that the movers were friendly is not enough to make up for the fundamental failure to provide the service paid for.

The movers were great, friendly, efficient, and well worth the rate they charge. If the…read morescheduling/confirming process would've been more responsive I'd definitely give five stars. Moving can be stressful. I was a nervous wreck when I tried to confirm the day before and got no response. But the guys showed up on time, ready to go. They wasted no time getting started and finished before the quoted time.
