Took in our '06 Jeep to replace the PCM that the dealer couldn't do. Seems Jeep no longer makes that OEM part and the dealer can't do repairs with non OEM parts. This place was their recommendation for getting the work done. The owner, Rick, was able to order the part and a couple of days later, when the part came in, do the "plug and play" installation. Although he was concerned about the price for the part (he suggested I have my nitroglycerin pills handy), his price was in line with prices I had seen in my research online. He charged a minimal labor amount on top of that since the tech only had to remove the old PCM from the firewall, mount the new one, plug it in and then drive the Jeep around a little bit to make sure everything was responding to the PCM. Very pleased with the service and price for my repair. The shop isn't pretty to look at and the lot is full of cars, some of which look like they have been there awhile, but I could care less as long as the work is done correctly at a fair price. If you go, just know that you will barely have room to pull in and park. Maybe all those cars are there for a reason?

He asks me what type of riding I do, if I wanted OEM or aftermarket, normal or high performance..you get the picture. The guy at the Honda shop was going to do $300.00 worth of service on my bike no questions asked. Florida Motorsports was going to give me what I wanted (needed!). I have a Honda CBR1000. It's no Ducati, but they treat it no differently. I highly recommend.
