They called me with an estimate at 1pm - nothing trumped up, just what I expected - and had the car ready to pick up by 5pm the same day. When I informed them of the issue, they gave me a quote on the spot and when they called, it was only to tell me that my vehicle was ready and the cost was the exact amount they quoted. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and the young man, perhaps one of the mechanics, who took my payment was nice as well. I was treated like I mattered. The only drawback, if you can even call it that, is that their weekday hours of operation are 10:00 to 5:00 and they are closed on Saturdays. So, may not use them again due to their business hours, which don't always line up with those of us who work full time/8:00 to 5:00 jobs.
