I have had nothing but pleasant and easy cleanings. When I have needed to get cavities filled the team has ensured I am comfortable and not in pain. They even provide dental cleanings for young kids. I have 2 kids (5 and almost 3) who have gone and the team does really well with them to try and keep them entertained (put on a show while they are cleaning) as well as incentivize them with prizes afterwards.

We've been bringing our 3 kids here since we moved here 2.5 years ago and we're finally done. We…read morecannot stand this place. They are the rudest, most condescending dental office I have ever visited. They try their hardest to separate parents from the children so that parents don't know what's going on during appointments. If you ask questions they make you feel stupid and talk down to you. They tell you that you have to use their "lingo" in the office and now make you sign a paper agreeing to it! For example, If you say "pulled" tooth or ask questions about the procedure their eyes get big and they get visibly angry. On one of our visits the dentist finished the exam and then casually said, "we're going to send that tooth to the tooth fairy." I was a bit taken back and said, "I'm sorry, does that mean you think you need to pull this tooth?" And he snapped at me and said, "what do you THINK that means?!" I have never, ever been treated like this by a dentist before and after 2.5 years of dealing with interactions like this by their entire staff, we've had enough and don't trust any of their recommendations. Definitely go elsewhere!

This was, of course, AFTER he paid over $1,000 to their office. They did not bill the correct insurance and my husband tried working with their office to have this corrected for MONTHS and every time he spoke with someone they had no knowledge of what he was calling about. At one point he received a call from their offices asking "do you want more fillings?". Over a year after the services we received a bill for nearly $100. We have tried calling to discuss this several times and never received a call back until today we were threatened with having the bill sent to collections and told "this is policy," I would think their policy would be to bill correctly and in a timely manner.
