I have had nothing but pleasant and easy cleanings. When I have needed to get cavities filled the team has ensured I am comfortable and not in pain. They even provide dental cleanings for young kids. They did not bill the correct insurance and my husband tried working with their office to have this corrected for MONTHS and every time he spoke with someone they had no knowledge of what he was calling about. At one point he received a call from their offices asking "do you want more fillings?". Over a year after the services we received a bill for nearly $100. We have tried calling to discuss this several times and never received a call back until today we were threatened with having the bill sent to collections and told "this is policy," I would think their policy would be to bill correctly and in a timely manner.
