We witnessed a man on their team publicly berating a parent just for following up on cancelled lessons (the school cancelled - not the mom). He screamed at her and hurled racist slurs! The words that were said made no sense, ignored their own errors and failings as a school, and focused only on bogus assumptions about the mom (who was as polite as can be despite the onslaught of hate). He made it clear it was for no other reason than because her skin was brown and she spoke with an accent (even though her English was absolutely perfect!). He included a comment about her "inability to communicate being the reason for her lack of success in life" (he didn't realize he was talking to a PhD with a double 6-figure job!). Still shaken by the lack of professionalism. The school also said they would refund for lessons that were paid for, but never delivered - then failed to refund. This place should be shut down. A lawsuit waiting to happen. Avoid avoid.

He'll be ready to make a purchase soon, so he wants to know for sure which one is just right. If you don't quite know what you're looking for, or need some elevated service, you might find someone, you might not. The teachers are absolutely phenomenal with all the children and definitely bring you into the musicology family and love and celebrate your little one along side you. I have a very small "village" and am so grateful to have my musicology community supporting my parenthood journey! I've learned so much about children, music, and parenting in my weekly classes. With a medically complex child it has been hard finding places I feel safe bringing my daughter to. Musicology is one of the few places I feel completely confident bringing my kiddo. I finally started feeling comfortable coming when they offered mask option classes. They also limit about 7-8 a parent w/kid. My daughter is quiet shy so I like that she can sit with me and the teachers are all so nice with her. Over the last few months she has definitely gotten more comfortable and enjoys going to class. They really do a great job making the environment fun for both parents and kids. They do incorporate a little of sign language and teach kids more than just music. Also, for a stay at home mom like me it's nice to meet other moms (sometimes dads) and their kiddos. Def recommend Musicology. I believe they have a one class trial too.
