i could honestly write volumes about my experience with Dr. Blacker and his staff. I needed Invisalign (there was no way I could do braces with my job) and had a LOT of work that needed done. It started when I sought several consultations from different orthodontists. Over and over again different orthodontists told me I couldn't do Invisalign because it wouldn't do the level of work I needed it to. I've only had great experiences here for 2.5 years and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. Both locations have the same level of care and use the same technicians. I had to have braces to help with a corrective jaw surgery that I was having and the technicians remembered me and made me feel very comfortable pre- and post-surgery. My siblings and I all went to Dr. Blacker when I was in high school. Unfortunately my process was more extensive than my siblings. I had to get jaw surgery and I had braces prior, during and after. He helped me get through the process. Years later I had to return, because during a cleaning at my dentist office they accidentally took off part of my top permanent retainer. I was unable to fix it back in the day and didn't think it was a big deal. However, over the years my teeth shifted and the metal that was placed in my face from the surgery was giving me headaches from my teeth shifting. I chose to go back to Dr. Blacker because he was there for me during that process so long ago and I had a great experience. I put my faith in him once again to correct the issue and we chose to do Invisalign this time around. The process with Invisalign with Dr. Blacker was easy. His dental assistants are more than qualified. They are polite, helpful and make you feel welcome and safe. Dr. Blacker is amazing at what he does and why I chose to go to him again. I trusted him in high school and I still trust him. Once again he helped me through this process and gave me a beautiful smile. I came here years before my younger brother and he has been going for years now too. It's about a 25%/75% bad to good ratio. Today they ran 50 minutes behind on appointments. No one ever apologized or announced that they were running late. It's not the running late that's the problem, but it would be nice to be notified or apologized to. I couldn't get pass the fact that he wanted to charge me full price for braces and/or Invisalign, even though I'd already had a full 24 sets on Invisalign already. The staff took very good care of us, never charged for an evaluation, and walked us through step by step about what she would need when the time was right.
