My 10 year old had a tooth growing back towards his tongue as opposed to up, so we saw Dr. O with E&S. He showed that what we saw wasn't great, but that there were even worse issues we couldn't see in the X-rays. To save my son's adult teeth, Dr. O put him on a phase 1 plan that was reasonably priced. They also offer interest free payment plans so I can afford this important work for my son even as a single parent, which is a blessing for my family. The office is clean and the staff is friendly. They even bake cookies in house - I couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you immensely for helping my family! The worst orthodontics I've ever been to. When my daughter first got her braces on they were not stable and they only put the color rubber bands on her top teeth. They had young kids working there who seemed super inexperienced! The billing office is horrible. Diana is all over the place and manually processes payments. She processed my very first payment on the incorrect date and tried to call me and say I had to pay with a debit card and incur an extra 3% fee. I then had to explain to her that it was her fault she processed the payment on the incorrect date. The second time she processed my payment she processed the incorrect amount. I thought to myself what the heck is going on here! They don't have an online portal for you to keep track of payments and even her manager Keli was horrible. When I told her I would give a bad review she told me I was making terroristic threats.. wow what a true Karen response!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! They blame you for their mistakes!! And service is not that great for all the hassle!! You will also find better prices elsewhere as well!!! read more

I do love Dr. O! He's very knowledgeable, kind and love the fun environment and playful nature he has with his staff. I am rating 3 stars only due to scheduling. It can really be a pain to get scheduled as I work from 8-5 and live 45 minutes away. When I came in initially for treatment I was told if a wire brakes or if I have any discomfort just call the office and they'll get you in urgently, however that has not been my experience as the schedule is extremely booked most times. I recommend leaving a few time slots open throughout the day for emergency needs or unforeseen appointments. I have again called to request an earlier appointment due to extreme pain and been told next available appointment is in a week. I understand being busy and having many patients but would it kill you guys to say come in and we'll squeeze you in? In some situations you may need to make a special accommodation. I was told my tooth is sitting on a bone and should not be. Now I cannot bite down and even my lip rubbing against this tooth hurts. I hope I don't have a medical emergency due to this. read more

Have been with this practice since Dr Dykman owned it, when both of my sons were in elementary school. Now one of them is in college and the other is a Junior in High School and we are still happy clients. It's wonderful that E&S has kept the same friendly and upbeat atmosphere that we've known all along. We are always greeted with a smile and hygienist, Yvonne, now feels like a lifelong friend. I started my orthodontic care 5 years ago with Dr. Dykman & admit to being slightly trepidatious when he merged with Dr. Ousama's and E&S. After my major jaw surgery 3 years ago, I was pleased to discover that the merger was a perfect fit of two similar business cultures. All of the "new" folks are just as courteous, friendly & knowledgeable as Dr Dykman and his staff. I absolutely loved the customer service for my braces and two of my sons. I also referred my adult daughter. I bought the retainer insurance for $700 for three sets of retainers. No one explained the 36 month expiration. Now when I go back they say its expired and I will have to pay $500 for new retainers. I basically gave them $700 free. They refuse to discount or do anything to work with me. I am very disappointed. read more

I referred a second friend from work and they said because she didn't put it on the paperwork they can't do anything about it. Silly and unfortunate. When you first visit the associates are nice to you because they want to earn business but moving forward the staff was rude over the phone when I asked to schedule an appointment because my wire was poking. Their response was just add wax we can't see you for that. Later during the months one of the tech support was thinning my teeth with the floss and she hurt me and made my gums bleed I told her she was hurting me and if the Dr can do it she reply no she's almost done. She continued and made me bleed. My guns were sore and were bleeding for 3 days. My family said I should report it but I let it go. It wasn't the first time this process was done and the Dr never made me bleed he's professional and knows what he's doing. She shouldn't be performing the process if she's not going to be caring and knowledgeable . If that was someone's kid I'm sure she would have responded a different way. Very disappointed about me second referral. And how they handle it. I will never refer anyone to this location I'll make sure they take their business elsewhere. read more

We could not find many reviews on here but found more on Google for this practice, so we tried them. Ease of making an appt was good. They have several offices in various suburbs, and are only in the Chandler ofc certain days. It was a bit hard to find. Kind of hidden on the backside of an office complex. We walked in and like all the other orthodontists we have tried, there was an area with video games for the kids. They had us fill out our paperwork ahead of time. Decor was Batman-themed when we went. We waited for a bit and finally a girl came to get my son for xrays. She brought him back and I could barely understand her, though she was American. She was sweet; just didn't enunciate well and talked fast. She brought us to an exam room where another lady helped us. We waited there for the orthodontist for a bit. He finally came in and was very pleasant. He said he did not want to opt for my son get braces just yet; he wanted to continue to follow him for a bit and see him back in 6 mos to see progression of how his bone structure is growing in relation to how his teeth are coming out. He said if we got braces now, we may have to go thru it again at age 19 or so after puberty. I was so relieved to have found an honest dr who seemed to have the patient's best interest in mind. read more

I would never recommend them for any adult treatment. they told me 6 months ended up being 2 years. the doctors sit in office while girls sing and dance around and guess about your treatments. there was no continuity of treatment as the same ortho is seldom around so you will see someone different every time. they sold me a accelerant for $800 it broke in a week and they said no warranty They primarily work in California so if you have a bracket pop off or any issue you will be waiting for them to return to AZ. They run it like a puppy mill and if you miss appointment will reschedule you 5-6 weeks down the road. They insist you be on time and then you will be waiting in lobby 30-45 minutes every time. they charged me $6800 and I have to go continue treatment with another ortho paying additional $3200. if someone tells you to go there keep in mind they pay people a referral if you get someone else to sign up. I wish negative stars where a option. read more
