Then they came back with my keys and a bag with my security lug-nuts in it. they said they don't used that style of nuts. so they want me to drive off with a lug-nut missing on every tire. He offered to help me with the tire and didn't want me driving on it because it appeared unsafe. Brought my truck in for a tire replacement (had warranty) they "patched" the tire mind you this took 5 hours here at the shop and I take my truck home only to have it completely flat by evening. I live an hour from location had to bring it back next day to be put in line again to get the tire replaced which should've been done in the first place. Employees in the shop are working at a slow pace can tell just by the way they're walking in the shop dragging taking their time. Now that wouldn't be such a problem if my issue was fixed but no problem was not they patched up a nail and turns out there was another area on the tire that also needed to be repaired. How they did not catch that upon inspection is just laziness half ass work. The only thing I can come up with is that's the best they got no one wants to work so they settle for lazy employees who work half ass and are okay with it. Once my tire warranty ends I will be taking my services elsewhere .
