Takes off cowboy hat and gives a slight bow. The guys here have always always always been helpful. When no one else could get the tubes in my old road bike these guys did it. When everywhere else was closed and I needed to get a tire put on that hour to drive to corpus that night ; not only did they do it but I paid them with a six pack. Just this last week I had a bad tire and even though they didnt have a brand new one to replace it with; they gave me a gently used one, balanced swapped and had me driving away for only ten bucks. Its mainly a cash or beer paid service. Oh and Mainly Spanish only.... FYI So bring an interpreter or bring me along with you! read more

Cash only business but they have the best prices and customer service around I found a great deal on some tires online and took them to Rodriguez tire to have them installed. Very unprofessional, stopped there because i saw the door open but must have been after hours. This guy from the side of the building who is hanging with his buddies gives a hand sign(hand back and forth in front of neck) as is he closed. Could have been more professional and came to me and said something like...."we are closed, but we open at so and so hours tomorrow" I should have done the same hand signal back to say I will never stop at this place ever again. I did go to another tire shop and there was also people hanging out but there shop was closed. They approached my car and said "sorry, we are closed but we open at 8am tomorrow" that shop will get my business. read more

My son had a nail in his tire on a Sunday morning. All of the national chain tire stores were closed and we found Rodriguez' Tire Shop. The service was crazy fast. We literally pulled in planning on leaving the car to go eat while they repaired. Before we could walk to the restaurant next door, the car was ready. Received a 6:00 am wake up call from the hotel to let us know our car had been vandalized. We had two slashed tires and a broken window. I called Rodriguez Tire Shop and got Adam who had two tires and said he'd be right over. Within 1.5 hours we were up and running.
