I was in the middle of a heated marital argument and after I locked the car, I threw my car keys in the trunk and slammed it without thinking. Normally I keep a spare key at home but that was already inside the trunk as well. AAA came out and opened the car but couldn't open the trunk. They do change locks well and seem very responsive. Validating homeownership seems extremely relaxed!! A squatter called Erez to change the locks and BAM!!! Just like that I am locked out of my own house. It seems all it takes is a picture ID, $100 & a sob story, to have any lock changed. The dude's license address did not match the property address. He had no documentation that he was affiliated with the property. The front door had a lockbox with a Property Manage phone#, which was never called. Erez clearly explained the pros and cons of different models, then gave me the option to purchase on Amazon - I'm sure other firms will provide the lock and mark up the price.
