Erez answered the phone right away when I called. I explained the issue I was having with the multi-point locking mechanism on my door. It was stuck in the locked position making the door unusable because it could not be unlocked and opened. He asked for some pictures of the door, which I texted over, and he gave me a timeframe when he could arrive to help. He was at my house about 2 hours later, and was even a bit earlier than he originally quoted. Had the door unlocked and working within minutes. He explained what the issue was, what my options were, and helped me with a temporary solution. So that the door and deadbolt were still usable. He even invited me to record a short video of him explaining the issue and what was broken so that I could better explain it to my landlord. Did a great job in opening my car, so I could get in to grab my spare key after I had lost my other key while surfing :-(. I happened to bump into Erez as he was leaving the beach himself. It was fortuitous that we met, being the dilemma I was in. He was very professional in what he did, and it took him all of 3 minutes to get my car open. The experience overall was great, but I thought his rate was a bit high. He charged me $89 for 3 minutes, and from what I have read the range is between $60 -90, so he is within the range, but as you can see a bit on the high side. All that being said, you get what you pay for, and I would say he is top notch in what he does, but maybe a middle of the road service may be good enough as well. read more
