I had a little bit of a large order, but I'm a mother with 5 kids, everybody is hurting right now, I am a loyal customer and always tip, it may not be much but it's something..I've ordered a $60 order with a $100 bill and one driver didn't have enough change to give me of course so while I was expecting $35 back with a $5 tip he only had like $15-18 so I let him keep the rest n said forget it, so with that, I learned to just order my money's worth rather than giving them a $20 tip! So I now order at least $70 worth and even with a $5 tip I should be getting back $25 which sometimes they don't have even that, so I get as close as I can to my $100 which isn't hard with 5 kids, 3 pizzas n cheese bread will get you there. The driver said only $1 for me?! And I said excuse me? I already gave you a $3.96 tip, I threw in an extra dollar n called it a day..that's about a $5 tip minus 4¢! I'm sorry but some people don't tip at all and I'm not giving no $10-20 tip..if you're not happy with your pay sue your employer, I've had door dashers happier with a $2 tip! I might quit ordering from here for ungrateful drivers, you're 30+ working at a pizza place, get a different job if you don't like it! Learn how to count and be grateful or let the teens who would love a few extra bucks for summer take the tip instead of your ungrateful a$$! It's hard times! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! They are horrible people and have HORRIBLE customer service! The manager LUIS assaulted me after he charged me for my order, made me drive to this location to get a refund, then pushed me out physically when I asked for an apology from the stupid girl who messed up my order in the first place! I HAVE NEVER been treated like this by anyone and I don't want anyone else to encounter this.....so if you want bad pizza, horrific customer service, unpleasant area where a business should be run....than this is your place! Ordered the square pan Full House pizza online. The pizza arrived hot and early. It said 70 minutes online and was at my door in 40 minutes. The tomato sauce was tasty. The Full House pizza was excellent. Will order again. read more

The two stars are for the quality of the food, which in my opinion is good for a local pizza chain. I am out of town for work and was recommended to try them. I've ordered from them 3 times. The first order was pretty simple so there's not too much to mess up. The second time, I never got my food. Clearly wrote in the description to call me when they're here so I can walk down from my room to grab the food. After an hour and a half of waiting, I called and the person who answered the phone said "yes they've already been there and back since you refused to answer your phone". I asked if they called the phone number on file or my room and they said both. I never got a call on either end. The third time I ordered, I asked for wings with ranch dipping sauce. Go figure, I never received the dipping sauce. I don't understand what is so hard about reading an order and grabbing the items before leaving. I guess that's a very hard thing to do. If it wasn't for the quality of the food, this place would get no stars from me. Pretty disappointed in the lack of good service from this place. read more

Montbello location was very busy and backed up. Nothing wrong with that. The problem I had was the stack of unfolded boxes standing on end on the floor. I can kind of look past that with the hopes that the end of the boxes standing on the floor wouldn't contaminate the pizza that will inevitably be in those boxes. Where I draw the line is when one of those boxes ends up flat on the floor, food side down. The box was stepped on several times by more than one employee. Eventually the employee working the front area picked up the box and folded it into a box and added it to the stack of boxes and proceeded folding more boxes as if that one wasn't a problem. I frequent the Alameda location and will continue to but I will never go to this location again. I'm not a germaphobe but that kind of thing is inexcusable. read more

Great prices, well cooked standard pizza. Airport hotel delivery can be brutal and limited; I'm so happy I gave the Colorado pizza chain a try rather than the usual suspects. Arrived ten minutes before stated time. Nice and hot, tasty, huge portions. Mediterranean salad was crisp, loaded and delicious. Calzone is oozy awesomeness with the perfect crust and the pizza is just right- not too thin, not a boat of dough. Easily a feast for 4-6 people for $32 delivered to the hotel door. Heck, I'd order it again even if I wasn't limited to tower road delivery. read more

This place is HORRIBLE. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION OR DO ANY BUSINESS. I ordered a pizza over the phone for delivery. I live less than 2 miles away from this location. He told me it would be delivered within an hour at the most. I ordered my pizza at 7:03 and yet at 8:03 I did not receive my food. I called and asked if I could pick up the food instead but the guy on the phone stated the driver had already left. After another 25 mins still nothing. So I went up to the place to get my money back. The lady was sitting down on her cell phone while she should have been making sure the business is being ran. I will never go back to the location again. The fact that I had to come home from work and go back out again was so irritating. That was the purpose of me ordering delivery smh. read more

Well, I wish I could comment on the food, but I never made it that far. I made an online order early in the day, checking the box for delivery later in the evening. Minutes later I received a call from them saying that I should call to order if I want it in advance because they made it already. They basically tried to blame me for their mistake in not reading the ticket. Needless to say, I cancelled the order. A subsequent discussion with the manager wasn't much better. If he wanted our business he would've apologized and offered something at a discount for the bad customer service. I don't need your attitude. Don't blame customers for your mistakes. read more

Very disappointed. I ordered at 6:30 on a Wednesday. ETA 45-60 minutes, by 7:45 I called to get a status and was told the driver will be there any minute. At 8 still no food, called back and once again told it'll be here any minute. Finally at 8:20 I called and cancelled. The gal was apologetic but "sorry" doesn't feed my family. 1 he and 45 min and still no delivery, I recommend you find a different pizza delivery company... This one starves its customers. Now I'll have to check to see if they refund my order. Update: EatStreet.com refunded the order the next day, still won't order Blackjack delivery though. read more

Horrible delivery experience. I placed my order at 4:45pm. Online estimate says 70 mins. After 90 minutes I call the store to inquire about my order and was told it was on the way. After 120 minutes I call again. After being put on hold for almost 5 minutes, I'm told the driver locked himself out of the car and I could wait for the driver if I wanted to. This blackjack location is pathetic. I waited patiently for over an hour for my food. When I called they told me it would just be 15 more minutes. 45 minutes after that phone call my food still had not arrived. So two hours after I placed my order and I was still without any food. I called back to find out what was going on. The joke of a manager got on the phone and told me they never put the order in. All he offered was a refund. Yeah well when you don't get what you paid for of course you get a refund. He really didn't care that my wife, mother of 4 month old twins, is sitting here waiting for food to be delivered. This company lost my business for ever! I will gladly let everyone know how poorly this location is operated. Do yourself a favor and don't risk an order with this joke of a company. It most likely will never arrive, and they couldn't care less. When grubhub called me they were told by blackjack that they never received my order. Huge lie there, because blackjack confirmed my order when I called the first time and again when I called the second time. Stay away from this Montghetto blackjack location! I called to place an order and the girl who answered was rude and was not happy to be working. I gave her my order and she took my credit card. After repeating the number to her twice she hung up on me. Note to you....if you're not happy at your job than quit. I called again as I was not certain if my order was taken. Another person answered who was just as lost and rude. He began to tell me that they don't deliver to the Fairfield Marriott on Tower after I was told by the front desk that they do. I began to tell him that and he stated they have never delivered to this hotel. At this point I hung up and called the front desk to tell them my conversation and they called them as this was a lie. The front desk returned my call and said that they spoke to them and they did not have drivers and were short staff and never told me that they didn't deliver. Hello why would I lie? I ordered from Dominos and they were the sweetest and best service ever. Should have gone with my first instinct. Black Jack Pizza Managment train your people with customer service and educate them on not to lie to get out of delivery. Telling the truth will receive more compassion than lying and getting a bad review. read more
