We order from this location a LOT at work and it is consistently the best pizza place in town. The pies are not only tasty but always beautiful and the delivery drivers are friendly and always get our orders right. The salads are fresh and crispy. The only bad thing I have to say is that we are super bummed the Popper Topper pizza is no longer available...we would literally gobble that pie in complete silence and then smile at each other with that knowing satisfied look. Normally they are very accommodating they messed up my order I ordered a deep dish and it gave me a regular didn't even offer to take any thing off of the wrong pizza that they charged me for. Given the quality of the large pizza and the fact that they screwed up my order and the fact that they didn't offer to make it right this will be my last visit with blackjack pizza read more

Pizza is pretty good . Cheese bread is so yummy . The people that work there either dont know how to do their job or just don't care . 70% of the time my pizza is pushed to one side of the box . Also , when I order delivery and the girl says take out and I said , no delivery, she says same thing and just so happen I never got my order , surprising . read more

The Firestone Dacono location leaves a lot to be desired. Last night was the last time. This is the 3rd time in a row that I got at least one wrong item. The first time they did not bring a salad and one of the pizzas. The second time we got someone elses pizza order and half the order of wings. When I called they said they would send the right order out. They brought the pizza but not the rest of the wings. I called again and they said they were coming. Never showed up, never refunded the difference. Last night we gave it one more shot. Once the order was placed it said approx 45 min, but at the 60 min mark the app still said our order was not even in the oven. We called to see it that was an error and the man said it was on its way. It was NOT on its way. We called another 35 min later to cancel if the order was not coming. I get things can take a little while. But I think an hour and 45 min for delivery is a bit long. He should have been honest and said we are just getting your order in the oven. When it arrived, the cherry michigan salad was a disaster. With beets, the wrong greens, and so many onions it smelled so strong. And the wings, once again were under done. It was 2 hours 30 min after ordering before I could eat the wings because I had to bake them myself. I am done. I didnt bother calling because they seem to not be able to take care of wrong orders 3 times in a row as is. So now, I just refuse to give them my money. I know places are suffering with staffing issues and covid is kicking their a$$es. But pay better to get employees that are older than 14 who can read the directions on salad and wings? That is the only answer. Quality work comes at a price. You upped the prices, have fees, get tips, we pay $50 for a dinner, and its not even done right. That is the frustrating part read more

The food is very good. The only problem I have is that an internet order made at 3:30pm can't be ready by 4:15pm... don't have that as an option on the time if you can't deliver. Management walking around seeing a line customer with nothing on his table waiting but, not one question about have I been helped or what are you waiting for. read more

I have lived in the Frederick / Firestone area my entire life , used to be a loyal customer of one of the other pizza places around , Since Blackjack pizza changed owners about 4 years ago this is my pizza place of choice . Never Chad an issue with quality or service. It's very surprising for me to see a review describing Shawna as a foul woman , I couldn't disagree more ! She has several children serving our country, she provides jobs for over 30 local kids. She tries her best to keep all her personal business local ,Great job Shawna ! This particular Blackjack needs have a meeting in quality and attention to detail. When they get an order right the pizza is amazing. Unfortunately this location has gotten our order wrong so many times. Never in my life have I ever taken the time to write a negative review. Things happen and mistakes are made, life goes on. With that being said our order was a large order and was completely wrong. As it was a delivery I wasn't made aware of this until I opened the pizzas on the counter and the delivery driver was gone. I called ( yet again ) and explained the issue. The manager apologized, said they would refund our entire order and get the correct pizzas to our home as soon as possible. When they showed up with the new pizzas they were still incorrect. I wasn't about to take it out on the pizza man and we don't have time time to keep going back and fourth. Weeks later still have not had a refund to my bank. I decided to give this place one more chance. When I called to order I mentioned we have not had a very good experience in the past but will keep it super simple and order 2 large light on the cheese pizzas. I also let them know I'm still waiting for my return on the last order. The manager didn't even come to the phone but told the poor girl speaking to me that they are sorry and would give me this order at no charge. I was in shock as to why when my last order was 3 times the amount of the current one. I expressed why I wasn't interested in that ( obviously). Then the manager tells the girl to tell me I was never charged for the order ...... as I was looking at my bank account. So clearly they are not keeping track of their books very well. In addition she said I could come in on Monday to speak to the manager. As I'm on the phone it hit me, I don't even know why I'm trying again with this place. If you order for delivery good luck to ya! I have never been inside for a dine in order but after this I never will done with this Blackjack location again! read more

Best blackjack ever!! We ate at another one and were severely disappointed..they make the BEST cinnisticks, and there pizza is always tasty and HOT. We ordered a salad once and it seemed like it was more onion and pepper then lettuce but we only tryed it once. Staff is always respectful. A+ read more

Wow just got a gluten free pizza from Firestone blackjack pizza, really really good, right up there with Bo joes gluten free, I will definitely be ordering more, if your looking for a good gluten free I highly recommend. read more

Terrible, my pizza was way over cooked basically burnt to a crisp. We ordered wings and recieved the wrong kind. The dessert pizza was dry like it was left over. The service wasnt horrible, but the food was absolutely terrible. read more

Service was horrible!! Took over an hour to get to my house, called to find out what was going on, found out it had left 45 minutes ago so it was just driving around, building condensation in the wings box so when it did finally arrive the wings were a soggy and gross. The personal pizza I order was olive oil and garlic sauce with beef and mushroom. Not a hard pizza to make right?? I really sucks when you bite into the pizza and in that one bite is ALL of the garlic. Let spread it around the dough.
