The app ordering was very cumbersome and frustrating and it did not appear to apply the deal either. When we got the food, the fries were not fresh and the burger was also disappointing. My daughter got the steak taco and she thought hers was good. About an hour later, the app appeared to have applied the deal. Overall, it was not the experience I was hoping for when we stopped or the experience we usually get from other Freddy's.

Directed us to the other Subway in town about 5 minutes away. So we drove over. When we got inside to place our order, the employees behind the counter informed us our meals were "on the house," courtesy of the owner (the older gentleman from above) who apparently called over to this second store.
