Even though the café was very busy, the ordering line moved quickly, and they brought our drinks and food right to our table--a really nice touch. We also stopped by the bakery. Even later in the morning, there was still a great selection of baked goods. We brought home strawberry lemonade muffins to enjoy tomorrow, and I can't wait to try them. The general store was filled with adorable locally made products, along with a nice selection of take-and-bake meals that we'll definitely be coming back for. It's not a big portion, but I mean I don't remember the last time I got a lobster roll that was as big as I wished it was, unless it was a spot that offered regular or jumbo. The sweet potato fries are great and would help fill you up if you got it with the roll, but since i knew I'd be ordering again for ice cream later, I kept it light and opted for a free side of cucumbers (fries and onion rings are an up-charge, think there are more too I just can't recall what they are now). There was so much steak and filling, it fell out of the super fresh hoagie roll when I tried to eat it. All of the ingredients were high quality. Delicious!
