I dropped my bike off on a Wednesday for a scheduled Thursday service to address an oil change,…read morecooling issues, and a noticeable thud/clunk in the front steering under braking. I received no updates or communication, so when I picked it up the following Monday, I assumed the work had been completed. At pickup, the staff experience was disappointing. The person who was supposed to assist me appeared to be on lunch and acted inconvenienced. After pulling up my account, he simply stated that the bike needed a head bearing and then said nothing further. There was no prior call to authorize this, and no attempt to explain the diagnosis. I told him that I would have approved the repair if they had contacted me. Instead, I was presented with a $1,000 bill for the service they claimed to have performed. What's most concerning is that no one explained what was done regarding the overheating issue--or if anything was done at all. Based on the lack of communication and the fact that the bike began overheating again on the ride home, I genuinely question whether any meaningful work was performed. It felt like the bike sat for five days with minimal effort beyond an initial diagnostic ride. I was told I could bring the bike back anytime, but given the experience, I declined and mentioned I would take it elsewhere. Later that day, I received a text from the General Manager, Bobby, stating he would speak with the technician and make things right. It has now been over a week with no follow-up. In my view, accountability starts at the top. When management doesn't follow through, it sets the tone for the entire operation. Unfortunately, this experience reflected a lack of communication, transparency, and customer care from start to finish.

After my initial complaint, Imperial Motorsports reached out by text and voicemail asking what they…read morecould do to address my concerns. I responded with a few basic questions regarding my service experience and could clearly see that my message was read. Despite clearly seeing the message, they still neglected to respond. It is disappointing when a dealership asks for feedback, only to stop communicating when straightforward questions are asked. Communication and follow-through remain a clear issue.

*Posted this on Google Reviews, but posting on here as well for more visibility :)…read more I've been strolling into Erico for a few short years now. Before, it was always just to look because they were a cool shop with cool bikes and who doesn't love that? I wasn't a rider back then, more of an aficionado, but I always told my boyfriend that maybe one day I will actually get something from there. Fast forward to Saturday, Feb. 25th and I have my new Triumph Speed Twin 900 with the help of the fantastic team at Erico! I am still in my beginner phase, so it was truly helpful to have these guys thoroughly explain all that it means to own a bike and really help me decide on which was the best choice for me. One thing that cemented my interest in visiting Erico before any other dealership was that they were extremely helpful when I first called to ask the silly question of whether a Triumph can be a good first motorcycle (there was a little intimidation when thinking about investing in such a beautiful brand since there's always the possibility of dropping it, higher speeds, etc). I had called up a few dealerships both in CO & CA, and Erico really made the best first impression out of all. David Mack, Erico's sales manager, not only went above and beyond to answer any question while following up with relative key product features, but also did that while off the clock! He didn't even have to, but the fact that he did made me believe Erico cares a lot about their riding community. Massive shoutout to David, Deonte, Logan, Joe F. & Joe B. (with special mention to Justin and Sterling for the chats) for helping me with the whole purchase process! You guys were great to work with, and I feel confident that I chose the right dealership. Love a good company that has so much heart in what they do, and if you've read up on Erico's history or have been to their shop, you know this is one of those places. Thank you, Erico!

I hesitate to be "that guy", but…read more.... I had a new battery installed on my Triumph. You have to remove the ECM bracket in order to get the battery in or out. This is done by undoing one bolt. Not knowing about the bolt, they broke the ECM bracket by trying to pry it out of the way. This YELP review is about this particular incident, but there have been others. There have been obvious problems that should have been seen by the mechanic and/or the service manager, resulting in service that I would have had done. A service manager needs to inspect every job before he/she signs off on it. They don't do that here, otherwise they would have caught these things. The owner is a good guy and they carry a line of bikes I find appealing but the service dept. really needs either better, or more, people. I've owned a lot of bikes over the years and worked in the service and parts departments at a few shops. This wouldn't fly anywhere I ever worked. Their service manager will always feign ignorance in an effort to upsell you on unneeded and expensive diagnostic work. And only rarely will own up to a mistake they might have made.

From my experience they don't really listen to your problems or just don't care…read more I had them press rear bearings for me and when they did they seated them incorrectly, costing me over $1000 having my wheel hub replaced as well as the 2 lyndall sprocket it chewed up in the process. My fault cause I brought them the bearings apparently. when all that it needed was a rotor spacer $4 part. Not sure how with all the experience in the building that couldn't be deduced... their response was " as long as the rotors not rubbing it's fine" it wasn't anymore cause they pressed the bearings incorrectly.... Still my fault cause I supplied the bearings.... Then they put in a 1250 kit on my sportster in which every gasket leaked atleast twice and I was given some grief at the fact that I wanted a bike that didn't leak from the owner and push back. On top of that I'd been chasing a noise they refused to actually pay attention to and just gave me the run around every time I dropped it off. only to find out doing my own due diligence the bolts they removed to install the kit aren't torqued to spec. I wasn't charged for any of the additional gaskets needed however for the one job my bike saw their shop atleast 5 times that summer, not counting the time I had to re drop it off cause they didn't complete the service I requested. I originally had a better review posted but I'm still leaking oil from my base gasket on the rear cylinder and I'm having to go through my bike and make sure bolts on the drive train are actually tight and I'm constantly wondering what care was taken re building my rocker box's and the other internal parts if I have bolts on the outside loose. Shops beautiful, summers nice. Other than that my experience wasn't great and as it's known for being performance driven I expected to be taken care of much better and I shouldn't have ever even had any push back to having my bike fixed properly.
