This was my first time going to a brewery and it was a blast! I went on a Wednesday, and they happened to be doing trivia, which made it even more fun. Ambiance: There was both indoor and outdoor seating with tables, chairs, and benches. The outdoor area had fans, so it wasn't too hot, which was a nice touch. It was also really cool to see all the beer being brewed right there. They had a wide variety of options, which made choosing fun. Service: The service was great! We told the guy at the counter it was our first time, and he asked us what type of beer we usually like. He even let us try a sample before we made our choice, which was super helpful. Border Town: We ended up choosing this Mexican lager since we usually enjoy Dos Equis. I'd say it tasted even smoother than Dos! I honestly really enjoyed it, and the price was around $8 for a pint, which felt fair for the quality. read more

It would be better if they offered salt and lime. It's a cheap investment to indulge the palate of their customers. It's the same reason the steak houses keep A1 on hand. I don't agree with A1 but I can't tell another customer what they need to like. read more

We try to visit this brewery whenever we visit the B-CS area. We have found our favorite, Hazy Lady is always on tap and there are usually a few new beers for us to sample as well. Don't think I've ever had a bad beer here. Service is walk up, but always a friendly, helpful bartender at the ready. There is normally a food truck on site. You can order food at the bar and they deliver to your table. Lots of space inside and out to meet, visit, enjoy the weather, people watch or just hang out. read more

Good hometown brewery just off the main part of Main Street Bryan. Solid regular selection with fun seasonals that rotate through. Lots of space inside and out. Food truck is bomb! Tap tenders are cool and helpful. Usually good tunes on the speakers and often there is live music. Good for catching up, playing games, meeting friends, making friends. Fun, small brewery in downtown Bryan that makes very drinkable beers. These guys are passionate about their beer and it shows in every product. They have a wide spectrum from light lagers, to hefe weitzens, to coffee porters and imperial stouts. Beertenders are knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of large tables to enjoy the company of friends or to make new ones. There always seem to be some kind of specials Thursday, Friday and Saturday, when they are open, which always makes it fun to visit. Surprising find for us out of towners. We were visiting for an interview at A&M, and being from CO, naturally had to find a brewery. It was a Friday night before a home game and they were super busy, but still had plenty of open space. The beers were good- the Oktoberfest was my favorite - very drinkable even on a warmish night. Only downside was the ordering system. They only had 2 beertenders and were hosting a special event/gathering for the visiting team alumni. That meant the line got LONG It would have been better to have them gather in the private space & maybe have an additional order station. read more

Notable favorites of mine are the St.Nipolas Peppermint Stout, Contract Killer Porter, and the Shut Up Meg! They always have a number of beers on tap and are happy to pour a sample to let you explore their current brews. There is a food truck that serves some basic but yummy food. The main rooms have games and are open to munchkins and pets. Find a beer you love, they have Growlers and Crowlers aviable so you can take some home! read more

Just a super rad local brewery. They always have a pretty solid selection of generally excellent craft brews, in my opinion. Great place to go hang out in the late afternoon, or bring some friends from out of town in the evening to show them that Bryan can be cool too! Just beer, no food. But they do have some board games if you like eating those! Definitely go check it out if you haven't, and go look for Blackwater sixers in your grocery store! read more

I think this is my favorite brewery in Bryan/College Station. I'm not looking for a huge beer selection, rather just a quality selection. Key lime raspberry pie, wow. Sure low alcohol, but really good. Also Ole Grand St. Nipplause is great, perfect for the holidays. This place definitely made my trip to Aggieland even more enjoyable. read more

This place, let's see: you walk up there (well pre-covid) and, it's just a taproom. Lots of seating but no food options, and kinda feels empty. Was not busy, at all. Bartender girl was not very welcoming and kinda acted like a jerk. She wasn't knowledgeable when I asked questions about their different brews. Didn't offer to let me sample anything either. Do they want my business?? I randomly picked something and paid my money. There was this odd homeless-looking woman sitting right up at the bar with her dog. Unexpected. Took beer in hand and found seating. Beer itself was ok. Nothing to write home about. After a while I just got bored. I got up and as I was turning to leave, no one says good bye or acknowledged me. One of the owners Chris Steele has taken his time to talk to us about the ins and outs of the business. Our sweet server Kendall is AMAZING. She is knowledgeable and super hospitable. I liked this place! It's a little bit off the beaten path from the rest of the downtown Bryan spots, but worth the walk. It's a fun spot, complete with bored games and we got to watch them can a batch of brews. The tap selection was not that big, and there were only one or two brews that sounded good to me. I'll have to come back and see if there's a better rotation next time. The only thing missing from this place is a food truck parked outside! Even thought this place is not air conditioned, with fans, it was surprisingly not hot inside on an especially scorching afternoon. Compared to the Northgate location, I like this more "brewery-y" location better. More casual and better service. read more

We had a graduation/engagement celebration here on 05/15/21 and our experience was absolutely wonderful. Most of us were from out of town and it was such a breeze to book with them. When I initially emailed them, with an inquiry for the event, they responded immediately and were very friendly. We had our own private space (I believe it was called the red room) and the service was exceptional. The bartender (I think her name was Kendal, I'm so sorry if that's wrong) was so welcoming and helpful. The drinks, atmosphere, and food from the food truck were exceptional! The awesome brewery offers a quiet place to hangout with friends in open air seating, COVID precautions inside if you prefer and the beer is great. I love the Hop Damn and the Contract Killer, but you will find a beer for every taste. The food truck and the occasional special crawfish boils make this a perfect stop for any evening. Or Sunday Brunch!! Try the chicken waffle, you will be back every Sunday!! Ha! Go try out the beers, buy the swag and say hello to the orange tabby named "Mulligan" who may greet you out on the street in front. read more
