When I arrived (10 minutes early) she called me back and informed me she had double booked and needed me to come back at a later time. Which I agreed to do. I was sent a message an hour later informing me she had a "family emergency" and needed to cancel but she would let me know of her next earliest appointment. I never heard back. I waited a few days and messaged her, still nothing back. So I decided to go elsewhere, Villa Rica Ink which was WONDERFUL AND better pricing. I wish I had read through ALL the reviews for this place before I wasted my time going there as apparently this has happened to others before with other artists!!!!! Oz took our initial concept and elevated it into a true work of art. Not only is he a brilliant artist, but he's also a total professional and a fantastic communicator. He has an incredibly light hand, which made the long session much more comfortable than I expected. He checked in on us constantly, kept us laughing all day, and was even flexible enough to squeeze in a tiny, last-minute dinosaur! When we got there the process moved quickly, was very clear and everyone was friendly. Pretty good selection of jewelry with lots of options. Everything looked clean and felt private. Desiree did an incredible job! She was very patient, friendly, professional and did an incredible job on all three piercings! We loved all of the art in the gallery and overall look of the place.
