Suzzi is the best! Her attention to detail paired with her chair side conversation has kept me a client for years. I am someone who changes hairstyles twice a year or on a whim, and she has exceeded my expectations (with ease) every time. Her fades are immaculate, scissor cuts to die for, and even knows her way around curly hair. I cannot recommend her enough. I made an appointment for my son on a Sat afternoon and no wait. I found this place on Yelp. Highly rated, great price (its now $25, very reasonable) and would never have found it but for the other great Yelp reviews. Very close to my house, lucky for me. They take walk-ins too. It's a traditional barber shop. Tv blaring and no fluff. Not on the main road so it's easy to miss. It's next to McDonald's but in the back, same driveway as the Mexican place (not the same driveway as McDonald's). There is free parking. My son was very happy with his haircut and Art. It was $30. You guys come hit these people up, they are so positive, good great customer service, everybody's vaccinated, safe and easy free parking in front. Your haircut takes no more than 25 minutes and it's only 20 bucks!!! You make an appointment, you get there at whatever time you're supposed to be and the chair is empty and ready for you to get a good quality fade. They cut your hair and get you going to your day. The barbers there don't get side tracked with talking on the phone, dancing or playing loud annoying music while they cut your hair. They are very professional here...to the T!!! I found out about this location from an employee of mine. I've been expressing to him that I need to find a good,reliable,experience, professional barber! He told me that there's a place right across the street and ask for Susie" I took him up on his recommendation and setup an appointment to see if this was the place for me. Just for the record, Yes, I'm very picky and I pay for convenience, so when I pay for a service I expect "5" star service. I arrived as schedule and right away I was in the seat. I explained in detail, what I wanted and my expectations!! I asked Susie if she is good with a Razor, she said "Yes". She confirmed my wishes and began to do her thang. I've only gotten a haircut from Susie, and she really takes care to do the best, every time. I normally cut my own hair because my hair is kind of unique, and barbers tend to miss the mark usually when it comes to my hair type. But Susie really knows how to make me look good, and still respect what I want/don't want. I appreciate that, so I keep going back. The shop is super laid back and they've always got something funny playing on the TV. This place is overpriced for what they did to my hair. My fade is extremely inconsistent and definitely not worth what I paid for it. I don't know about the other two barbers that were in there but the one that cut my hair didn't seem to know what he was doing when cutting my hair. I always thought making a appointment to get a cut was kinda a inconvenience. Kinda feminine, chicks make appointments for cuts. I use to go to the big franchise spots. Sometimes it would be good, most the time not so much. I decided to try out a shop where u have to make an appointment. I'm happy I did. I get my cuts from Kito. He's a good barber, really down to earth. Pretty much all the barbers at blades are the same way. Good people. I always though I had to make an appointment a week in advance or something crazy like that. Really if u text one of them the day prior, they can get u in. So far I have gotten two cuts from Kito. Both cuts have been legit. I'll stay getting cuts from him as long as I'm in the area. read more
