I just walk in and i was wait like 4 min then a barber come and get me for low fade hair cut and i paid 30$. So, the barber which he did his job but the fade was okay not professional like i have to look at myself. for those you want to have clear med fade or low whatever they want, i am not recommended this place for any fade. I walked into this barbershop with high hopes, but walked out looking like I stuck my finger in a light socket! I asked for a natural look, but instead got a hairstyle that could only be described as a 'reverse mohawk.' There wasn't a single natural edge to be found. It was as if the barber had taken a weed whacker to my head! My friends didn't even recognize me, and I'm pretty sure I saw a small child burst into tears at the sight of me I have never before met a barber with such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Not only did he give me a haircut that could only be described as a crime against humanity, but his attitude was so surly, I thought he might bite my head off if I said anything! BARBER Honestly, it does take awhile to find your "go-to" barber, had to trial and error a few places once I moved to Concord (used to reside around Union City to San Jose Area and Vallejo). Jaydakris has a fine eye to detail, and always makes sure that you leave looking nice and fresh! I have been to this barbershop for only once. I got a haircut from Tye. I can understand all the barbers in that shop are working hard to make a living, and are probably tired at the end of the day. The only piece of advice I would give to Tye is to change his tone a little bit when requesting a customer to move or stay still. I have been dealing with customers also, and even a child would know the difference between, "can you please avoid moving" vs "hey stop moving!", calm voice vs rude voice. It's not about what you say but how you say it. My neck was hurting for all the weight he was putting with his hands. I have never had bad experience with a barber before until today. I am only giving two stars out of respect for his time spent on a not very good looking haircut. I hope he sees this and use it as a constructive criticism to improve his communication skills. What a joke this place is. I made 2 appointments for my sons, at 10:30. I took them in at 10:15, and the guys in there were no help. They had no record of my appointments, and only said that the 2 guys I had made the appointments with "hadn't been in to work in days." Right about then, I got a text from one of them saying that he was running late, but would be there... okay. So we waited. Then around 10:50, he texted again and said that he was late because there was a car accident by his house... still no word at all from the other barber, and still no show... we kept waiting until 11:15, when I realized he was not going to come. Never heard from him again. This whole time, the barbers who were in the shop weren't offering to take my sons, having seen what all was happening. I understand if they had other appointments, but some kind of further help, even just an attempt on their end to get a hold of the no-show barbers would've made me feel like they cared at all.
