The newly renovated space is beautiful, but unfortunately, the service quality has really dropped over the last two visits. During cuticle trimming last time, my skin was cut so badly. I mentioned this to the technician during my most recent visit, hoping for a safer experience, but still ended up with another cut. On top of that, the polish didn't even last a week. My toenails were painted poorly and my fingernails chipped with two nails just two days later. I had a positive review drafted to share before, but after these frustrating experiences, I felt compelled to share my honest feedback. While the updated decor is lovely, I'm very disappointed with the service.

The guy that did my nails originally just started painting my nails with the polish and when i told him that i asked for acrylic set he drilled too far down while prepping and i now have rings of fire on my nails & my cuticles are tore up. My nails still hurt!! The design i wanted was on my ring fingers ( few white brush strokes) for shasta daisies with a dot same color i chose for the rest of the nails... my ring fingers were painted white... my thumb nails are uneven lengths. Wouldnt reccoment this place unless there was someone who was far more experienced/ patient and an active listener...

This nail salon was highly recommended by a few co-workers of mine so I thought it would give it a try. They did an awesome job and the owner of the nail salon was very fast at it too. Her daughter did the nail design for me. They are so reasonable. I got a full new set of nails gel with heart design for $55.00. They did such an awesome job! They really know their customers very well here too! Which says a lot about the family that owns this nail salon that they truly care about you. They are very nice and talkative too. They didn't shed blood like most places do these days. It's very cute inside! They also do charms on nails and also have a variety of services they do here. They are original owners of the business and it was one of the only first nail salons originally until all of the others started popping up everywhere. They are very reasonably priced and do a great job! I will definitely come back when I need a filling. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and making me feel so comfortable there.
