I'd just finished posting a glowing 5 star medical facility review when reviews for Blady Workforce Law Group popped up! That was very odd. After reading some surprisingly good reviews for Blady Workforce, I decided to add my experience of a couple of years ago, 2023. I hired Blady Workforce in 2021 to help me with a wrongful termination suit. Right off the bat, I was very impressed with Mr. Blady and we had, I thought, a great professional relationship. And that impression lasted almost all the way to mediation and then it wasn't impressive. In my opinion, there seemed to be a 180 degree turn about and I've never understood it. As I thought about what happened, I realized that I should have pushed for some details to get done that should have been done. I should have pressed for more clarity about my case, but I didn't. I trusted Mr. Blady knew what was best. Maybe he did know what was best, but I'll never know because we had no discussion of my case details afterwards. I was not going to post my experience & thoughts, but perhaps I was supposed to do so...perhaps that's why Blady reviews weirdly popped up on my screen. I don't take much as coincidence. If you are involved in a lawsuit, go with your gut and make sure you get the things done that you know or believe are important. And make sure you understand your attorney's plans & thoughts. Question everything. There are no perfect lawyers or clients, but do your homework, always be truthful and grill your attorney if you don't understand why they do or don't do things you think are important. At least, I got a better understanding of the legal system (which I've always been fascinated by) and I won't be as unprepared if I'm ever in a litigious situation again. This attorney who was recommended by another entity happen to answer the call, sounded did-interested to start with. First he did not pay attention to the call, did not let me speak & interrupted or provide any basic facts, had a condescending demeanor, let alone any assistance for my situation. I wasted my time. He seemed to represent his benefits but not mine. Well, I simply don't need such an attorney for my unfairly treated situation and will simply choose another attorney.
