Heard about this place from a neighbor in our RV park in Cathedral City. Drove out to find it closed and no answer to phone attempt

Great people, super helpful a s knowledgeable. The only store to have the part I needed in the Palm Springs area. A real life' savior.

Well last night, in the middle of doing dishes, a piece of our diverter valve (for lack of a better name), cracked in half and shot out of it's spot, leaving a gusher of water flowing (outside, fortunately), and no water to the inside. So we had to shut our water off to our 5th wheel. At least I got all the dishes rinsed off. So the rest of the night and part of today, was like REAL camping. lol. We used a gallon jug of water (that we kept refilling), for our immediate needs. Headed over to Blair Station this morning. We have been here a few times and this is the only place for RV parts that we know of (sans having to troubleshoot from a website and order a part online). We brought our broken part in with us. It's plastic and it's getting old (over ten years). The man behind the counter retrieved some parts: a complete replacement, along with a few bags of pieces to see if we could just fix the broken part of the valve. And he did! So hopefully this fixes the problem, but if not, we will go back for the bigger replacement. We got back to our RV and put the valve back in and so far so good. We have water again. Amazing what we take for granted. I don't know how many times I grabbed a faucet handle before remembering our water was shut off. Today I am grateful for running water. And grateful for Blair Station in Desert Hot Springs and the man behind that counter today. Thank you! read more

Thank heavens for this place. We rolled through in need of multiple parts for our camper & Blair Station had every single part we needed at fair prices. Not only that but the owners went above and beyond to help a couple of newbies sort out what was needed and get it all installed. The family who owns this place are wonderful, generous knowledgeable folks who genuinely love to help people. Special gratitude goes to Gene, who stayed well after hours to help us get a roof fan installed & connected, even loaning us tools & lights and helping us when we got confused or overwhelmed. This guy absolutely made our trip with his kindness and know-how. We felt truly blessed to have run into him. Our experience with Blair Station was absolutely magical. It was one of those times where you stumble into an oasis of true hospitality and pride of ownership - the kind it's increasingly hard to find in today's corporatocracy. The rv owners of this area are really lucky to have these folks in their community. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts, Gene & Blair Station. We'll be back, I'm sure. read more

Went by this location based on the description. The page said it was open, though the gate was down. It is in the middle of nothing.

Noodles was so VERY knowledgeable and he taught us so much about caring for Mom's rv, things we had no idea we needed to do to make it last. He didn't try upselling us on things we didn't need like most places... they are a bit off the beaten path but worth every mile!! 12/10 recommend!! read more

We went here on the hunt for a stand for our satellite cube to sit on. The outside of the place is very deceiving. At first you aren't sure what kind of business you are at. But once you get inside you have no doubt that you are in a RV supply store. They actually have anything and everything you could want or need for your RV, except what we needed, but it was a specialty product and they actually offered to try to order it for us but we were only going to be there for a few more days and we decided that wouldn't work. But these had to be the nicest people I've ever had to encounter in a small business in a long time. Friendly, helpful and informative about most everything we needed. What was most impressive was that the store was so big, it just kept going and going and going inside with parts and equipment and accessories for and RV. AMAZING so if you are in search of a item for your rig this is your place! read more

Needed a new water pump. Went to the "RV Superstore". They don't sell parts. . So I drive out to old Mr Reliable at Blair's and chose from a selection. Their RV TP is good too. read more

Before arriving I called to confirm availability of a propane tank. Mr Blair said he had it and asked if I wanted it filled. When I arrived the tank was ready and waiting for me as promised. The store has a ma & pa feel & is filled with a lot of all types of RV essentials and toys. I would shop there again and think you should to. read more

If there was a negative review, I'd be giving it. It was Presidents' Day and I called their office to see if they were open. A man answered the phone and he sounded like he had gravel in his mouth and couldn't talk clearly. I asked him if he was open. His rude, obnoxious answer was, "obviously not!!" and slammed down the phone. I would not recommend him for any thing if he is that rude. If he's not open why did he answer the phone? read more

Blair Station is a quaint RV store in beautiful Sky Valley ran by knowledgeable and caring owners, Blair and Adella Stilwell. Have gone to this shop for all my RV needs and always found the staff to be helpful and accommodating. Nice to find a store like this still exists in this day of corporate superstores that lack true customer service. read more

Nice little store with lots of hard to find RV parts. Blair is cool and has a knowlegable staff. They sell propane also, with lots of room for the Class A's to move around. Highly recommend them!! read more

I have repaired motor home; 5th wheel trailer and a park model trailer; the folks at Blair Station have been of great help. They know their stuff and their inventory of parts is unbelievable; they not only have the usual items but many trim and specific parts not normally found at a RV parts store. If they don't have your specific item in stock they can have it in a few days. The store is a little remote for some people but well worth a call and trip out there to get what you need. After looking for a gas line for my bbq to connect to my travel trailer and being told it doesn't exist by Camping World, BBQ's Galore, and two hose retailers, I found exactly what I needed at this out of the way mom and pop shop. I would recommend the drive if you are in need of RV supplies or parts. They close for two months in summer but when they are open, well worth the drive! read more

Broke my tow bar in Desert Hot Springs. Called all around including Roadmaster for a new one. Roadmaster told me they were on two week back order as everyone was cleaning out their stock for the RV shows. Worked with Blair and he was able to locate one and have it here in two days. What a great store! Have been back since for a hard to find faucet part. They had it in stock. read more

As usual - there is always something you "need" while RV'ing... This time it was the fitting for the fresh water tank filler. We did a google search found Blair Station and am glad we did! Steve helped us out at first but hubby wasn't explaining our needs very well. Then we got to meet The Blair and Mrs. Blair. He confirmed Steve did get us the correct part and we were able to fill our tank. Someone said "if Blair doesn't have it, you don't need it". There was a bit of everything a RV's shopper could need. I encourage RV'ers to keep BLAIR STATION in mind if you are in the Desert Hot Springs area and need help with your RV parts. read more
