I called and asked a few questions. Will the size of motorhome I am in be able to get in? Is it easy access? Do they take a debit card? All answered with a very friendly yes. This is all normal business. The reason I'm writing this review was because of the two younger men helping us. These guys went out of their way, did everything they could to make sure everything was great. Helping me back out. I seriously can't say enough. $4 gallon for fills. (That's what I was charged) Pulled RV in. They Filled and I was Out of there in 4 minutes. easy and quick. Convenient - But more expensive than other places. The shell on brookhurst & talbert is only $2.50/gallon. It is a little tight if you have a big RV. but they help you back out. read more

I came buy a propane tank as a recommended customer by my friend, so I let my guard down and never bought gas tank or refill before ever. First I bought a new tank for $99! then a new employee tried to give me a old tank and colleagues told him to give me a new one so he finally brought be a brand new one after that I had maybe 3 BBQ nothing long at all and tank went empty! Went in to fill a standard propane tank that I usually pay on average around $14.00 to $15.00 at other places. These guys charged a flat rate of $25.00 "because of Covid" yet not a single employee was wearing a mask. Such a scam. I've been going here for some time and thought the prices were fair. That was until yesterday when I was charged $25 per tank (I brought in 2). The tanks each took 4 gallons and the kid filling them up didn't wait until the propane started to bleed off before shutting them off. So in theory I received 4 gallons per tank for $25/ea. or $6.25 per gallon. Are you kidding me? What a rip off!! After checking around, I found that propane is currently selling for under $3 per gallon. Shame on you HB propane for gouging your customers. read more

They have always been a little sketchy. If you pay 20 dollars cash they stick it in their pocket and there is no tax. Yesterday I went and they wouldn't fill my tank which probably had 1\2 gallon but swapped and then said it was $25 for 5 gallons because "of the crisis". Well I am the operations director of a local refinery. We are making maximum production and supply of gasoline diesel, jet and propane is very high and prices have been dropping for about 2 weeks as demand is down. This is pure bull. read more

Watch out. LMK if anyone else experienced the same. These guys encourage you to have them load your propane tank in your car so that you do not know how heavy the tank is. Had a good experience in the past but the last time it was people in their 20s and ones I have not seen before. furthermore the lady in the office charged me 38 dollars and there was zero details on the receipt. They deliberately make it harder to claim things against them as I was ready to go back and make a complaint. read more

Went here to fill my propane tank for my camper van. Thought my van was going to be crushed by forklifts flying around my van.. I then got a gallon less than full in my tank. I told them I didn't get a full tank yet they wanted to charge me for a full one. When I asked for the correct price they became defensive and rude. Went in to get 8 gallons refilled this morning. I was charged $40 even which I thought sounded really high plus I'm suspicious when it's an even number like that.
