Came over and cleaned out the lint trap without me asking. Bathroom was very clean. The signs were visible and very helpful. The parking lot was a little sketchy. Lots of traffic in that area. Cars speeding into the lot and out. Saw two almost accidents. I was putting my bag into my trunk and a teen/young adult was lingering around my car. I had the driver door open while putting stuff in my trunk. Luckily, I had my purse on my person. Due to that I probably won't go back there.

Total strangers were greeting me and asking how I was. Not only that, but the people who work here are super sweet too! I had half a dozen 13 gallon trash bags full of clothes and was slowly bringing them in. One of the employees held the door for me and then grabbed the other two bags I had left next to my car. The price for washing and drying seems to be typical of most laundromats. There are tons of machines to chose from. They have top-loading and front-loading commercial washing machines. The smallest washer starts at $2.00. The most expensive machine is GIGANTIC and costs $17.50. I went with the second largest machine, which costs $9.50 for a regular wash and $11.50 if I want to do "Super Cycle." I was able to fit about 4 of my large trash bags in each machine (only filling it half way) and then transferred those loads to the big dryers that cost $3.50 base fee and 25c for every 2 additional minutes. I find it most economical to start with the large dryer for 50 minutes and then finish anything that's still damp in the stacked dryers for $1.00. I have got to say that the best part about this whole place is that they have incredibly convenient hours. They are open from 6am to Midnight Monday through Saturday and are open from 5am to Midnight on Sunday. I've been lucky enough to come during the day when hardly anyone is there, so I get a ton of clothing washed in practically no time at all. Having a token machine on premise helps a great deal too. I don't usually carry quarters (which the machines take), so being able to turn my money into tokens (which the machines also take) was incredibly helpful and made me feel a bit safer since there isn't cash on hand.

Even when I'm not doing laundry here, it's my go-to source for quarters when the banks are closed. The machine is older than God, so if your "new" bills don't work, the DQ across the parking lot is accustomed to exchanging new bills for old ones. 2) It's freakin' cheap. I can do 10 loads of standard laundry in their larger machines for about $18.00 - the same laundry would cost me $30.00 at my apartment building! The dryers are only $0.25 for 12 minutes (not 10) and I've never had to wait for one. 3) If you lose money in the machine, you just fill out the slips they leave out and the owners actually mail you the cash - even if the postage stamp costs more than the refund! It might take a month or two, but they ALWAYS mail it to you. 4) Weeknights are a real dead zone there, and the place is so unattractive that you're guaranteed as many machines as you want. Bring a book, grab a Blizzard, listen to your iPod and enjoy the fact that no one is gathered around a TV with bad reception watching a game you don't give a rip about and feeding their children Happy Meals on the folding tables! This place may look like a dump, but it's exactly the kind of secret I like to keep for myself. Mega Wash (with it's stupid tolkens and stupid minimum-charge dryers and obnoxious clientele) have nothing on Speedy Wash. ;-)

It got the job done, but I didn't enjoy my hour long experience there. The place is dingy, and while it doesn't actually look dirty, it feels dirty. Plenty of machines and supplies, but no TV, no tables to sit at and do work. Just an uncomfortable bench and a couple chairs. I don't miss the college days where I had to lug my stuff to a laundromat and quarters were more valuable than dollar bills, but this place did make me long for the facility I used to frequent with many TVs, tables to study at or play cards with friends...if only they had a treadmill to get a little workout in! Pertinent details: They are open 7 days a week from 6:30am - 9:30pm. Regular sized washers are $1.25/load, and the two bigger sized machines are anywhere from $2-$3/load. Dryer is 25 cents for every 10 minutes of so, and they are large so you can probably fit 2-3 regular sized loads in them at once.
