He was working by himself and he handled the line smoothly and efficiently. The wait was unavoidable with that many people but he dealt with it with aplomb and humor. Subway itself is only deserving of 3 stars but Dillon is a 5 star employee.

Even then, and I'm going to rant here. I'm including a picture of my wings. I kid you not, the manager told his employee to cut the chicken tender in half with a plastic fork to make 8 boneless wings. I watched this, 7/29/25. They should post the security camera of this. Holy hell. I asked the manager was he really going to give me cut chicken tenders with a knife and no sauce on them. Not even salt or pepper. He said it was hard, and he's busy. He apologize for the wait, but OMG. Could not believe this. This is an embarrassment, kind've like pooping your pants. You wish it never happens, but when it does. You kind've want to die inside. TOURIST SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND NOT COME HERE*DANGEROUS*BLAKES LOTABURGER IS NOT SAFE FOR FAMILIES* I took my kids to eat dinner before a school function (Blake's on Golf Course). There were three male employees working the grill area. As we sat down in the dining area the male employees were cussing towards each other, laughing and goofing off. The dining area & kitchen are an open concept so it's easy to hear one's conversations, especially when your tone is elevated and you're cussing. I assumed the three male employees would tone it down because we received our food and there were kids eating in the lobby. Nope, it escalated, the three male employees all went to the bathroom where there were noises (moans & screams) that simulated "spanking" and you could hear something being hit, as if someone took off their belt and was hitting something with it, to include moans and "you will call me daddy". You could hear everything. I was so disgusted by this behavior and that my kids had to witness this, that there was no way I was finishing my food. The one shorter male employee continues to say "I don't give a f**k about this job" repeatedly. My family & I were subjected to sexual harassment, lewd acts & possible hazing and so where the employees. The following day I call corporate multiple (7) times to speak to someone about this, Bonnie finally sends me to " Rob Carter" and of course I get a voicemail. Not one person in this company answered their phone but rather you leave a voicemail. Bonnie had also sent me to voicemail multiple times because I wasn't blocking my number when I was calling. I was also sent to a customer service supervisor who of course didn't answer their phone and of course wants you to leave a voicemail. I then got 3 thin slices of red onion and the mayo packets and went on my way. I took a screenshot of the online prices for this location for some of the burgers because they are actually incorrect- by $2!
