They are more worried about the drive they then the lobby because I waited over a minute for any kind of acknowledgment from the staff and asked to make sure all my items I ordered were in the order since last time they had forgot a burger. I am super bummed that this place is so bad. I grew up with Blake's and the location in Bernalillo was great. Standard answer for a phone in was 10 minutes. Today I waited 45 minutes for an online order. At one point nobody was ordering because the lobby was full of people waiting for their food and staring at the countrr. So every single time we call in an order they screw it up completely! Today I called in an order for my family of 4 people and spent almost $40. The receipt was typed up correctly and was right. They are always behind orders. I've tried to call them and no one never answered their phone, secondly they are always behind in orders. I've ordered here 3x hoping they could have at least got it together and the third time my order was missing meals and incorrect. I never give any bad reviews ever but this was very consistent in proving limited, unprofessional customer service and consistent in horrible food and beverage quality. I understand that there is limited staff and overwhelming business because of the pandemic, but giving people something completely different from their order after confirming it with them over the mic is not okay. I should not be expected to pull over and open my burrito to ensure that it is correct--it should just be correct because you repeated the order back to me. As I write this review my husband waited over one hour for our order. I called and was placed on hold for 5 minutes and then I was told after ordering that it would be 10-15 minutes. Since moving to this new location, hiring a bunch of kids and losing their old manager their service has deteriorated. I would give them no stars if they would let me. This is the second time I have been to this location and the second time I have had a problem. This time we did an online order. There was only one guy working the counter and he was also doing drinks so it was taking him 5 minutes per customer and we were the fourth customer (the drive thru had at least 6 cars in it which is why we walked in). After 20 minutes we were able to get our food that was already waiting for us. When we got to the house we were missing a burrito and the food was getting cold. I tried calling them over the period of an hour but they do not answer. I called the corporate office and they were not any help. This is a truly horrible location so DON'T GO THERE. If you have to have a lotaburger go to Rio Rancho, Albuquerque, or Santa Fe because this one is awful. read more

This is the second newer Blake's Lotaburger I've been to in the past week. At both locations, the new decoration theme inside is really nice. Modern, clean & warm tones. Lots of light & wood. The menus is the same great menu they have always had. It's beef & chili are local. They have the best breakfast burritos in my opinion too :) Today I'm eating an Itsa Burger with Hatch green chili. Yum!! It's right across from the Santa Anna Star Casino in Bernalillo,NM. Clean bathrooms too and the staff has been friendly every time I've Ben to a Blake's (and I've been eating at them a long time!). read more

Still our favorite burger when we travel! The service was prompt and correct. The place was clean. What more do you want from a fast food burger joint? You can get a burger with green chile, like the locals, or just with cheese if you'd like.
