First time visit while traveling and staying at nearby hotel. Restaurant attractive and comfortable inside with outdoor seating as well. Ordered my food to go. Order was accurate and prepared quickly. I had wimp Laguna Burger. Sesame bun was good. Could have used more cheese. Had the frito pie for a side and it was DELICIOUS. Would definitely get it again and small size was plenty for a meal itself. My husband had bacon cheddar burger and ate the entire thing along with fries. He liked it but did not love it.

So my husband I tried Laguna burger for the first time. We ordered a Laguna wimpy burger, chile cheese fries and a frito pie dog. The food came out pretty fast. Before biting into any of the food, I was impressed with presentation of the frito pie dog. It made me want to eat it first. It did not disappoint. The Fritos were crunchy and added to the texture of every bite. The hot dog was grilled and cut in half so it was well cooked. The sour cream gave just enough creaminess to each bite to even out the flavors. It was just missing jalapeños. The hamburger brought back a memory with a smell and a bite to the state fair. I am not sure why, because I have never eaten a burger at the fair but it did. The burger was flavorful and delicious. The cheese fries were good, they lacked salt, but were meaty. The chile was not hot but they gave a large portion for the price. Overall we will be back to try some other dishes.

Walked in and sat at the bar. Lisa was super kind and helpful. Restaurant had the lunch crowd, but everyone was prompt. We both had the Laguna Wimp burgers- the green chilis are so awesome! Very clean restaurant and the service was amazing. Thanks for the warm welcome!

Cam here on a Friday for lunch pickup and the place was packed. Got the regular Laguna Burger with fries for my dad and a breakfast wimp and prickly pear lemonade for myself. The burger was plenty with 2 patties, but the patties could've been cooked a little bit more as they were still pinkish. A little pricey, but food came out quickly. 2024 #74

The food was good and I like the neon lobo light by the bar but the customer service and the attitude of workers was disappointing and made me not want to sit and eat just get it to go. I wouldn't recommend sitting in the joint just get it to go. I got the Laguna wimp and liked it and my mother in law did not like her sandwich at all

Partner and I don't eat a lot of red meat. But once in a while, I crave a burger. Laguna was good. Every thing was fresh. Counter service was easy. The menu was easy to read. Server was friendly and answered our question. I wanted to love the burger! Unfortunately it was dry. (We weren't asked how we wanted it cooked. I personally prefer medium rare to medium.) I understand that there is risk involved when serving meat. I just want a juicy burger! It wasn't. The fries were good; there was plenty. I will try them again. People watching was fun as we waited. We enjoyed our first time here. So close to being perfect! for next time!

As far as burgers go this was a good burger it was juicy and cook well. The toppings were fresh and tasted good. The service was good and the staff was friendly. The restaurant be thing that was not great was the fires. They lacked any kind of seasoning on them and were okay nothing to be excited about.

If you are a local, a "burqueno" if you will, what is the first place that comes to mind when you want a "Green Chile Cheeseburger"? That's a hot topic. Some people would say Lotaburger, or Rex's. We actually mentioned both. My boyfriend said Laguna Burger, and I passed thinking, you want to drive all the way out to Laguna? The one at the Pit Stop is the one that came to my mind, but he reminded me that there is one in town now. That's riiiiggght. So, that's where we went, he's never been. I've been to the Pit Stop location in Laguna Pueblo, as well as the one across from Route 66 Casino off I-40, and yes, I've been to this location as well. it wasn't too late, about 7 pm, and not busy at all. No line, but about a half dozen tables already seated. He got the Laguna Burger and I went with the Mushroom Swiss Wimp. It was not long before our food arrived. Both burgers looking great and of course I grab a fry off his plate. It was nice and fresh, hot. I sprinkled a lil salt on em, they needed it, hahaha! I picked up my burger and went in for a bite. It was good, filled with a lot of onions and mushrooms along with a healthy slice of swiss cheese. The only thing missing, was some heat. My burger was not hot. The patty didn't just come off the grill. The onions and mushrooms, basically room temp. Luckily for me, I wasn't craving anything, I wasn't excitedly waiting for my burger. At what I could and left it at that. I was not impressed. I checked in when we came in and wondered why the 3 star rating with almost 400 reviews, now, I can see why. No one ever wants to go to a burger joint and get a cold burger with a patty and condiments that were cooked in advance.

Love the Laguna burger. We have to split it because it is huge, with a nice bun. Always have the green Chile!

Great burger and service. The bun was okay. Burger was cooked well. The hatch chillies were the right amount of heat. Will try them again.

Expensive and bland and not exceptionally fresh. My burger came loaded with toppings but not anything I would choose to go back for.

He walked away as I approached the counter. I was confused as I wasn't aware I had to order on the tablet on the counter. When I began using the tablet I was in search of the new mushroom burger they sent me an email yesterday about. Of course you know it's what I wanted to try. Sadly it wasn't on the menu on the tablet. When I called the employee for help I basically got the vibe he didn't want to be there and he was hesitant to approach. When he did come to the counter I asked about the burger even showed him the email to get told it's not out yet and it was coming soon. I found myself wondering why I even got the email if this was true. Needless to say the food came out really fast. I thought well that's good at least. The presentation was better than the experience. The cheese on the queso fries was pretty skimpy. There were way more fries than cheese which was disappointing. The burger I wasn't a fan of either. It needed more cheese and the stackers sauce tasted strange like it a chipotle sauce it wasn't the same as I recalled. I'm sad to say this is the second location I've had a bad experience with. It's really disappointing because I really loved this place. I guess I'll have to stick to the central food hall because so far that's the only location that hasn't disappointed me like this yet.

Overall: Yes, go!…read more Food: we tried several items from the appetizer menu- mushrooms: crispy, lightly battened and served hot. It was perfect. Beet carpaccio- I was really impressed with the complexity of the flavors. I'd order it again. Charcuterie board- duh, yes. It's really easy to screw up a charcuterie board, they didn't. It was perfect. Dinner was everything from a salad, to the duck, to the short ribs. Service: Great but could be better. Honestly, they were very busy and everyone was pitching in. Everyone was kind and extremely helpful and professional. I give them credit for getting everything done correctly and for doing that while they were extremely busy. Ambiance: Chill vibes, casual, some would say hipster vibes. It was such a chill environment. Perfect for dates or just sharing food with friends

I've been here twice now, and my first experience was way better than last night…read more Our waiter was pretty, obviously out of it, potentially high, and at one point her clothing actually brushed the food on the table as she went to rearrange plates on our table top. She also seemed very distracted and did not have good recall when we were putting in our orders. She came back several times to ask what our drink orders were before finally bringing over the tablet to enter in the information right in front of us. Secondly, our food took forever to come. This also happened the first time we came to eat at social house a year ago, but it felt more pronounced this time. And the restaurant was not full. Probably a third full of patrons? We were seated at 6:45 and our food did not arrive until 830. Quite the wait if you ask me. Finally, the kitchen was having some sort of smoke issue. If you've never been in an establishment where the grease smell and smoke is visibly accumulating in the air, you know it's quite distracting from a dining experience. It was so smoky inside. I actually caught myself blinking my eyes to see if it was just my vision being blurry or if it was the room. Our food was fine, the pork belly was a standout. Otherwise, I'm not sure I need to come here again. I wish that they would get a better handle on service timing, because that seems to be an ongoing issue.

Great servers! Everyone was helpful and kind so front of house manager must be doing their job!…read moreFood was delicious. Crispy Brussels sprouts had great flavor but way too much cayenne pepper (which adds nothing but heat) my husband ate them but said he would prefer less heat. I had 2 bites and gave up. Baked brie was amazing I loved the granny Smith apples! My husband loved them too. We also got the hummus duo which has dates on it and I used a date in the brie that was fantastic! I'll ask for that next time! It was the bomb. Hummus duo was good the watermelon radish was beautiful on the plate but gave both hummus a bitter flavor. Shrimp and grits. We live in Alabama currently and this was our least favorite dish of the day. Shrimp were cooked well and so were the grits but there was just something else it needed. Parmesan cheese and some onions maybe. Greek salad delicious. The flash fried chick peas made it. We needed more dressing and the wait staff was prompt and sweet about it. Spicy Lime Ceasar was ok till he requested more dressing then it was amazing. I was afraid of ordering it but the dressing wasn't too spicy . White sangria I had was disappointing it was more of a 1995 wine spritzer than a wine infused with citrus which is the very essence of sangria. It was ok and had I ordered a wine spritzer I would say yummo but I ordered sangria. Pork Belly flat bread was the winner of the night the tomato jam made that dish. I would love more on it next time but we will definitely be ordering that dish again! Yes we had a lot of left over food! But I love sampling a menu and this menu has a lot to offer. We will be back to try 4 or five other things. I look forward to my return.

In a rare turn of events, both kids got the same thing, the Korean chicken bites with the sauce on the side, which was a great decision bc it did have a kick to it. The chicken itself was a bit dry. Both adults also got the pork belly flatbread. I found it a bit unbalanced with too much sauce and not enough other toppings, and the base wasn't as crispy as I prefer. Speaking of crispy, we opted for the appetizer brussel sprouts, and they were a bit chewy and on the not so super crispy side. Service was fine, and glad to have a little break from heavier New Mexican cuisine on this night. Lots of variety on the cocktail and adult beverage menu too.
