Really good burgers! I got mine lettuce wrapped and I was actually able to enjoy it! Their fries are not too greasy either.

Grass burger's food is very tasty. My bride usually gets a bowl & skips the bun. Burgers seem to always be fresh, not frozen and grilled perfectly. Their fries are terrific, too. The new Patti Melt is a delightful addition to their menu. Although the manager assured me that the smaller size of their bowls still contained the same portion size, the more narrow diameter makes it a bit more difficult to eat from. I like the Zuberfizz cane sugar self-serve soft drinks and S likes a cold beer and their Chipotle mayo and Green Chili ranch dips. While it seems a little pricey, we're OK spending our dining dollars on good quality food. Thank you GB! read more

This was an online order, so considering the distance round trip to pick up the order, the food was cold when we got home. This,of course, was not Grassburger's fault. We've been looking for a really good take out burger and having read the reviews for Grassburger we were optimistic. What a disappointment. The burgers were so overcooked they were nearly inedible - just a dry, tough patty. The fries were incredibly over-salted and soggy. We had a vanilla shake which was fine, like a shake machine shake. I was craving a black bean burger so we went to grass burger for supper. I got the black bean burger with sweet potato fries and green Chile ranch and my husband got the bacon chedda burger with French fries and chipotle mayo dip. The meal came out super fast. We have always ordered the green chili jack bowl specifically because we love the rice and quinoa base. The last three times we've ordered it, they have either been out of quinoa or have just made it completely incorrect. This last time the rice/quinoa blend was completely mushy and stuck together like one solid substance. No rice fluff. Literally mush. First time here and I really loved it! The burger was on the thin side - which I really like but if you need more meat, you might want to double up on the beef patties. My cheddar burger was nice and juicy and all of the ingredients on it - lettuce, tomato, etc. were very fresh. The bun was good also and I believe they had a gluten free option which I will try next time. My husband got the black bean burger and he really enjoyed it. It wasn't like a dried out hockey puck as some tend to be. The fries were good and they had some craft sodas that were a nice change of pace. In the past, Grassburger was my go-to for a splurge on lunch. The meat is high-quality, and the gluten-free bun holds together really well. The fries are yummy and crispy. On a good day, I'd happily spend the money. I don't know the last time I went to Grassburger on a "good" day. For the last year, the establishment has trended downhill. The biggest gripe I have is they now build our burgers upside down (is it just us, or does everyone get their burger this way?). Obviously, the bottom bun is smaller and thinner, so it turns to utter mush almost immediately. Unless you're eating on-site, your burger is going to be sad within minutes. I have no idea what the point of building it that way is, but it clearly doesn't work. The fries are so salty I have to get a napkin to try and mitigate it, otherwise all I can taste is...salt. Also, the last time my partner went to pick up our order, he saw one of the cooks blow his nose directly over the food. I can't justify spending $30 for 2 burgers and 2 fries anymore because of the poor food handling. read more

Their veggie burger was quite good! It's a mixed black bean patty with quinoa which feels hearty. Their bun had a nice texture and I enjoyed the burger overall. I do wish the patty were less dry, but its's hard to make black bean burgers in that way. The burger can be made vegan if you opt for the bbq sauce. There are also plenty of keto options in the form of lettuce wraps. My wife ordered a lettuce wrap burger and enjoyed her meal. Man, I never leave bad reviews and can't even remember the last time I was even inclined enough to do so. Stopped in after a long day at work walked in at 7:45pm on a Friday. Girl behind the counter took 5 minutes to even acknowledge us, no big deal restaurant was decently busy but plenty of open tables. Ordered one single burger with fries, a drink, and a milkshake for my wife. $25.....ok again no big deal I will gladly pay for quality. 15 minutes later my wife received her milkshake, and FORTY FIVE MINUTES after that I received my burger and fries. Lucky for me my fries were cold and stale, burger had good flavor mostly from the pickles. 8+ people working most not caring, just boils down to poor management and that comes from poor ownership. First time here for me and my family. In these uncertain times, being able to dine in is such a relief since most places have been mostly take-out. We decided to try this place out. So glad we were able to order and sit inside. The staff is super friendly, they made ordering so easy since it was our first time. They explained everything to us which is a plus in my opinion. If the staff member is always willing to answer questions, that's the best kind of service to get! My family and I tried the turkey burger, grassburger and bacon cheddar burger. Two of the burgers we decided to add fries and a drink to. The drinks are self service and they offer a variety of flavors. The prices are not so bad, definitely worth it since they give you all these options to add extra toppings to the burgers. Another thing was the fries, they don't cook in peanut oil which is something I am always cautious of since my family has an allergy to. The fries were so good. We ordered one combo with the fry mix-up. Which was regular fries and sweet potato fries. Definitely the best because the sweet potato fries were delicious! Even the ketchup was pretty awesome in my opinion.  We ended our dining experience with their milkshakes. They even offer vegan non dairy milkshakes.
