Sat in drive through for 48 minutes and then the order was wrong when I got it home! The ones I did receive had hard tortillas and overcooked eggs and ice tea was all ice... no tea. Tried to call to speak to a manager and it just rang then went to a recording and then rang again. So disappointed, have never had such a bad experience there before! read more

The food is good but I waited 10 minutes just for someone to answer on the intercom then they had me wait at the window for about 10-15 minutes before I was served and than AGAIN I had to wait to get my food. That took about 20 minutes. Shame this location used to be 5 stars. I recommend not to waste your time and go to a different location. read more

Normally Blake's is good choice for a burger. Stay away from the Blake's on Unser in Rio Rancho. Slow slow slow, never answer the phone for orders. While I sat for 30 minutes waiting for food (I had tried to call in a phone order before driving in but no answer) the phone was ringing constantly and employees walked by the phone and never attempted to answer it. It was ringing off the hook and they acted like nothing was going on at all!, 4 th trip. 4 strikes!!! read more

Beautiful new location right near a great casino, but staff is terrible. Ive had issues every time I've come to this location. It's unfortunate to see a brand new site with terrible, rude and slow staff. Maybe I will return when the staff matches the brand new design. read more

The old location had better tasting food! It's hard to get into the parking lot and the lines are forever.

So after 25 years I decided to give Blake's Lotaburger another try and WOW big MISTAKE!!! We wanted to see what the big hype was about the new chicken sandwich and to say the least it was very DISAPPOINTING. We ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals, a double lotaburger and one lg fry for a total of $25.00 & change. What a rip off the Lotaburger back in the day was what you would consider a LOT of burger but they have SHRUNK. They are now the size of a kiddie burger. The fries are like a McDonalds small fry. My chicken sandwich was so plain and unappealing, a smidgen of some sort of bland sauce no pickles and most of all no FLAVOR. The only thing worth giving thumbs up was the onion rings. Believe me it took me 25 years to revisit Blakes and it'll probably take me another 50 before I ever consider going back. Sorry Blake's you have seriously gone DOWN HILL. What used to be the best burger place in New Mexico is last to even the worst chains. So sad!!! read more

How is a place with an empty parking lot so slow. Legit takes 10 minutes to get your food in the drive thru when it's empty.

WORST FAST FOOD MEAL EVER. On Monday 7/22/2019 at 12:47 PM, we ordered two Lotabuger meals. After waiting 15 minutes, we inquired and were told it was the fries. Ten minutes later we got our food. Well once again this place is horrible. I live Blake's but ever since they changed locations and staff this place is disgusting. Walk in at 9:30 am and it's just filthy and unfriendly. Signs don't work, completely I stocked no salt, etc. out of beans for burritos etc. I stopped going here over the past year but every once in a while will stop in since it's the closest one to me just in case the owner or manager has managed to give a crap but they still don't. read more

Walk in at 8:45am because the drive thru is backed up in to the parking lot. Place an order for two breakfast burritos, two coffees. I'm given the two burritos but I'm told they are out of coffee. We'll, make some right? No they are OUT of coffee and can't make any. They're waiting for their delivery truck. No offer to refund, comp the burritos - I'm asked what I want to do? You've got to be kidding - I want my coffee. Horrible customer service, horrible planning. the food was great but be prepared to wait for 40 minutes for your food and even then, don't count on it being right. they forgot one of our burgers and were then extremely rude when we asked them to fix it and wouldn't do anything about it until they saw our receipt. i would have given them a break if they had been busy, but we were the only people in there besides one other couple, who also had problems with their order and were still trying to get it fixed by the time we left. the manager was extremely rude and the rest of the staff acted like they didn't want to be there. there were around 7 people in the kitchen that weren't doing anything when all the tables were dirty with crumbs and trash. the customer service was overall awful which was a shame considering the food was actually very good. read more
