Either someone had mopped with a bucket of B.O. water or the confrontational tone sales clerk was the source but it was noxious. They had Ozium for sale and I was tempted to buy some just to spray it in the store. After being given the wrong brakes by the clerk that was more concerned about her phone conversation than double checking the part number she was selling I was in for a big surprise. After I had everything taken apart I was pissed off to learn that the clerk had given me the wrong part. People make mistakes, I know, I've made plenty, but not because I just didn't give a shit reeking like B.O. . I was lucky to be able to borrow a vehicle and even luckier that Napa was close by the shop I was working in. Patrick helped me out, double checking the right parts, and I even bought some Ozium there to bring with me when I return the wrong pads to the stinky Advanced Auto Parts. Must include that normally AAP is a good experience and I get the right parts no problem, I blame the clerk. She didn't give one flying fuck and stank like Really stank like B.O. and had an attitude like it was my problem if I found her stank offensive. So Napa was great.

Every time I have visited, Katelyn has always been attentive to her customers. Irregardless of the number waiting in line, she gives her undivided attention to each customer and I think her customer service exceeds most in this day where we all can feel like just another needy customer.

I recently purchased a new 12 volt battery for my Rav4 Hybrid Limited. The hybrid is different than a gasoline only car - the battery installs back by the spare tire inside the passenger cabin. These AGM batteries have a vent hose to "safely release potentially dangerous gases, like hydrogen, produced during charging or over charging, preventing pressure buildup and potential explosions or fires ..". The general manager insisted the venting hose was to allow air into the battery to cool it and recommended I just drive the car with the hose disconnected. The reason this entire conversation took place was there are two different size batteries for my 2017 Rav4 Hybrid Limited - depending on whether the car has a premium audio system (Premium JBL Audio). The one they sold me is the incorrect battery and the venting hose connection is on the other side of the battery so the car's hose won't reach. I showed him the car specs from when I bought the car and he told me I didn't have the premium audio, too, although it clearly list Premium JBL Audio. Now I'm stuck with the wrong size battery and a dangerous situation.
