It appears that these vehicles are being stored here until the business closes. My issue is that this situation is constant and disruptive. It obstructs the beautiful landscape view that we only have in this area. One of the vehicles has the name "Bruno Auto Repair" on it, but when I checked the area, it wasn't clear that this area is their property. This is unprofessional and makes my neighborhood look messy. I kindly request that you move your vehicles away and back onto your property. I can't even walk my dogs here because the vehicles block off the area. This area is not designed for parking vehicles.

We arrived for our scheduled appointment (11:30am) on-time, with only one other person in the service lobby with 3 advisors at their computers and one other person off to the right on another computer. She said she was not an advisor. About 20 minutes of waiting, the non advisor (approx 11:52am) got us checked in, due to advisors being on the phone or just unavailable. Once checked in, we were told it would be 1.5 hours or less for the service. We also asked they look at replacing the wiper blades because they weren't working and noisy. Over 2 hours after quoting 1.5 hours, now nearly 2pm) they said the car is done and we owed $73 for the front wiper blades. I asked about the warranty and the advisor said the 12 month wiper warranty expired 2 weeks prior. I also asked why we weren't advised of the cost of these wiper blades and all the advisor could say was "I wasn't the one who checked you in". I asked for the new wiper blades to be removed as paying $73 is bonkers, they removed them and we left. Due to how slow they were, never greeting us, and lack of providing an estimate for services, we're not interested in using this dealership for service in the future. -we got awesome wiper blades off amazon for $26 delivered the next morning. Honestly, I would not have left this review if they would have just made us feel welcome and informed.

My truck is a 93 I had to research and finally found one, I had it shipped over night and since I didnt have a vehicle they came up and picked it up from my house. 2 hours later I got a call saying my trucks is done What a relief and to top it off , Alex the owner would be picking me up to take me to their shop. My experience was easy to do business with, fast and great customer setvice. If they're too thin they can't turn them down because the rotors will crack. The young kid used dial calipers to measure them and purposely applied more pressure to the dial calipers to give a false reading. Then told me I needed a new rotor. When I asked him what the minimum thickness was he couldn't even tell me . This is an old trick it's been used for years.. then he told me the rotors would be ready by noon ... wrong I will never shop at dis honest performance in Federal Way ever again......

Not a typical auto parts store but a specific place for car builders. They had everything I needed and knew exactly what I was talking about when I asked questions. Not at all like the traditional auto parts stores who for the most part just don't have this knowledge. They are worth a try if you need parts or just to ask a question. They are great!!!
