Of course I neglected to take a receipt assuming I would not need it. I returned to the store and was greeted with ease and professionalism. Jeffrey quickly acknowledged the problem, found my receipt in the system and replaced all 3 blades. When I asked him what happened he simply stated a mistake had been made on their part but did not take the opportunity to place blame on his coworkers and simply apologized for the inconvenience. Don't worry though, it does look like they let you rent the tools for a reasonable price if you didn't bring your own. Upon entering the establishment, you will need to tell the staff what type of vehicle you're looking for and they will tell you where it can be found. How cool is that? I got a super deal on Black Friday Goodyear tires on Walmart+. I got an appointment for a week…read morelater at the closest Walmart Auto Center. Since I live in Bellevue, i was apprehensive that there could be issues with the installation at Walmart. I had the confirmation email from Walmart+, so while it took 15-20 minutes for them to find the order and get me written up, they didn't act like it was a problem. The waiting room was clean, with comfortable chairs, but no complimentary food, drink or TV. When my car was ready an hour later, the installation technician, Roberto, was very friendly and had taken care of difficulties that cropped up while he was doing the install promptly and without bothering me. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at this Walmart Auto Center, and very happy I could save $270 over Costco's lowest price tires. Thank you, Roberto!
