They even dry around the license plate area -- which might sound minor, but so many places skip it, and I always notice. It's one of those small things that tells you they actually care about doing a good job. The staff is friendly, everything runs smoothly, and I leave with a clean car without any stress -- which honestly is the goal. It's the kind of place where you feel comfortable trusting them with your vehicle and a clean car just hits different when someone pays attention to the details.

This time through, we were washing our newer Telsa without an issue in the cycle. There was however some issue with the track system we were on, as at one point when we were to turn the vehicle once on the track. We heard a loud thud type sound. As one of our wears actually popped slightly off track and came slamming back down into the system. It was so loud actually that I had to get out after and check our rim to make sure there wasn't any damage.

I was told at the time that the company would take responsibility, but communication afterward was inconsistent, including unreturned calls and delays in providing information. I was also put in a position where I had to sign for repairs and risk being financially responsible if the business did not follow through, which led me to file a claim with my insurance to protect myself. As a smaller point, but still telling, there was no effort to refund the service or offer any goodwill gesture after the incident. Overall, this was a stressful and time-consuming situation that could have been handled much more professionally. I recommend getting everything in writing and understanding how incidents are handled before leaving your vehicle with them.

That being said the value is great if you keep in mind that this is mainly for a soapy rinse with a light scrubbing. The real value comes from the side tire wall lubricant at the end of the wash. EG. I noticed old pigeon feces not entirely being washed off the vehicle. Plus, on truly leaving no water marks after air drying while leaving the facility. This is a time saver for me, kind of costly but if I get my car washed every week. Then not so bad. Better than my usual wait till it rains or planning to wash it only once a month. Do not expect some magic coating that will prevent dust, tree dust, pollen, or feces to magically roll off your vehicle after getting a car wash. Considering my hose water leaves streaks, making me have to towel dry my car after manually washing, I prefer this method now. These types of car washes only work best when you have guaranteed systems in check and place. Just a note, I do not like the membership log in options as I find it always leery to have a hard time cancelling or logging in to an online account. Keeping in this mind, register your car online. If the system is inputted as the wrong car getting washed... guess what's going to scratch your car? Guess who will have to take the hit? With the aforementioned problem, the managers here and or employees are spot on. There used to be an issue where the rear-view mirror was hit too hard and you would have to get out of your car to fix it. Over a course of multiple times going through with the same vehicle, said problem is fixed. This occurred to multiple different vehicles and on both sides of the rear-view mirrors. Understanding the aforementioned problem, you can be glad that employees are being monitored and or trained well. Cause a scratch on your car, just for getting a light rinse. Is a problem. When it matters, strict is good for the sake of other people's property.

There are always friendly workers and typically will wave a hello as you enter the gate or car wash. Being a member is ideal because if you think the car wash didn't do a good job the first time through, you can just go back into the car wash again. The only problem there is, on sunny "busy" days there are not enough vacuum stalls; so just plan accordingly (that means you're going to wait) until a stall opens up. BTW, I was ready to cancel my membership (wife's car was in the shop for two months after an accident) but after talking to one of their customer reps, a resolution was presented to me and I continue to be a valued member! The manager came out to see what I needed And I told him that I didn't have time for my service but was very concerned about my tire pressure. He was so kind and receptive to my need and had one of his technicians take care of me right away. The technician, Michael, was also very kind and attentive. After putting air in all of my tires, he told me that my air pressure was very low at around 20. He also reassured me that whenever I needed to feel free to come back so that they can help me in the future. This is one of the reasons my family has purchased about 10 cars from Nissan/Infiniti Of elk grove is because of their service.
