The building itself is very large and made up of several shops. The venue space is upstairs and also very large. The ceremony took place in a room with lots of great natural light. The only complaint is that the big pillars obscured the view of the wedding party for some guests. The reception happened right down the hall from the ceremony area, with the buffet line, hors d'oeuvres, bar, gift table, and guestbook table lining the space between. Everything was spread out to give enough room without feeling like you had to walk a mile to get anywhere. The bartenders were great and super friendly. We were seated by a very loud HVAC unit which made it tough to hear the MC and some of the speeches. The middle of the room was the dance floor area, which was pretty small but not a lot of people were dancing. The venue was simple and a little industrial, but a nice blank canvas for decor. Finally, the parking was a little cramped with not a lot of spaces; I believe some people had to park across the street so try to get there early if you need extra time.

The exposed wood and white lights created a rustic feel for the wedding guests. The food and drinks were both delicious...I think they were from the restaurant at the bag factory. There are different shops/ restaurant on the first floor at the bag factory. I would love to go back and see what else they have to offer. We got their at 3:11pm check in was 3pm - we got there and no parking for over 2 miles away from house on the side of a road in a sketchy area... We had no way of knowing about this until we arrived because their description was a lie and not detailed enough... They didn't say they had 6 rooms but only 3 parking spaces... We had 2 large suitcases, a large duffel bag. And a large cooler that they expected us to walk over 2 miles with to the house to check in... We never made it in the building - after about a half hour of calling and messaging with no response from owners we left to book another hotel over 20 minutes further and at another 200.00 in costs... we had no way to cancel the room backseat we couldn't get ahold of anyone so they said because we didn't cancel they are kept 80.00 of the 94.05 we paid to book the room stating well we said parking was first come first serve.... YEAH LESS THEN 24HRS BEFORE OUR RESERVATION WHEN IT WAS ALREADY TO LATE TO CANCEL THE ROOM.... SCAM SCAM SCAM WITH NO RESPONSE OWNERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOUSE - It completely ruined me from ever staying at a bed and breakfast and definitely check out all their other bad reviews...

Unprofessional in every way possible. I was told I could rent pillars for my wedding 7/18. asked to…read morehave them by 7/17 at the latest. I contacted 7/8 to check in - she stated that she needs to drop them off early to me, as she will be leaving the State 7/15, so she'll message me Monday. Never messaged me Monday, so I messaged her. no response for hours after being left on read. At this point I'm panicking - begging her to tell me if she won't come through so I can have a backup plan, as my alter for wedding was dependent on these additional pieces - so I call, no answer. She messages me at 9pm saying she was busy with appointments and has too much going on, but rest assured my pillars will be delivered as she won't ruin my big day, talking as if they will be on Tuesday before she leaves town. No response on Tuesday after telling her I will pick them up Wednesday. Today, Thursday morning she has blocked me both on her personal page and business page. She has added so much stress to my wedding day by flaking. Unprofessional & Rude are the kindest words I can think of this woman. Do not let the few good reviews fool you, as she can and will stoop this low and does not care about ruining your event. Its time to hire some people to help you with your business if you're "too busy" to run it. You should be ashamed of yourself. Don't think I won't find away to make it known on all platforms how pitiful this business is by blocking me - I will find a way. ;)
