This was really flavorful with the added sauce. My only complaint was I had two pieces that were just fat with no meat on them. I'll be back to try more.

I'll start by saying that I have been a lover of fries since my childhood. I've had a lot of loaded fries, but none like this. The beef was very tender and flavorful. The fries were crispy on the outside with a soft center. The sauce on top was the perfect pairing and wasn't overpowering. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite! The portion size was great too! If you love fries, I would definitely try this menu item.

I became interested in trying out the food truck after seeing a video about them on IG. Asian cuisine is my favorite and the dishes advertised in the video were enticing. I visited the food truck at the Bites on Seventh Festival and tried the Korean Fried Dumplings and Korean Rice Bowl with beef bulgogi first. Both had a great taste, I loved the portion size, so I was happy when they opened a food stall at Camp North End. I visited that location next and have tried even more of their offerings. It wasn't busy when I went, but that's probably due to the weather. Camp North End is a cool place and concept, but it's not the first place you think to go when it's super cold or hot. The staff was friendly, energetic and willing to answer any questions I had regarding their menu. I don't have strong knowledge of Korean cuisine, so my feedback is based solely off what I tasted on my tongue. Creative and flavorful is how I would describe their dishes, which is a fusion of Korean and American cuisine. The Blasian Double Smashburger is a beautifully curated MASTERPIECE. The Loaded Seoulgogi Dawg is the GRAND CHAMP all because of the seoulgogi (steak) on top, which sets it apart from all other hot dogs. The Seoulgogi Loaded Mac N' Cheese excels because of the creaminess of the mac n' cheese. When paired with the signature sauce on the seoulgogi, MAGIC is created. The Loaded Seoulgogi Fries is PERFECTION while the Korean Bulgogi Tacos has an excellent combination of flavors and are filled with a plentiful amount of meat. I had another Korean Rice Bowl, this time with Shrimp Bulgogi. The veggies were fresh, crisp and I loved the sauce on the shrimp. I also tried their Blasian Lemonade, which was sweet, tangy, and irresistibly delicious.

Blasian Asian Way started as a food truck that now has a storefront at Optimist Hall. It's a quick casual establishment utilizing Optimist's open seating. The owner is extremely kind and personal so the service is great. He struck up conversations with many customers and stayed open late for folks. The food is American-Korean fusion where recipes are family-made. To me, it tastes more fusion than authentic, but that doesn't take anything away from it being a good meal. The bulgogi fries had good sauce and flavor and was a very large portion. Cost is a bit high, but portion size is fair. I enjoyed the fries, but ultimately may go elsewhere for korean.

The owner was so nice! I actually didn't order by my friends did and they absolutely enjoyed their meals. The ginger lemonade was amazing! We were at camp north end so the outside vibe was lovely.

I got the bulgoli steak rice bowl. It is flavorful, really good with the veggies. The service is awesome. The owner and staff are very friendly & helpful to those not familiar of the cusine. It being black owned & korean-Asian fusion is a bonus. I got takeout so the place looked clean as a stand. I highly recommend coming and eating good here. I will be back for sure.

    Chicken bowl

Walking around Camp north end for the mistletoe market and decided to grab some food to go. Service was great and let me sample the chicken and I ordered the bowl with dumplings. It was just ok for me, the rice was mushy, some of the chicken was burnt and there were burnt flakes in the bowl. The dumplings were included in the bowl and were soggy. Very disappointing

During a day sight seeing in Charlotte we stopped at the Blasian Asian after smelling their food from around the corner. The restaurant is in a shipping container with walk up ordering for a tasty, fast casual meal. When we saw the long line I knew we were in for a treat. While they have a self serve kiosk for ordering they were super friendly and someone was able to assist us with our questions before making decisions. We ordered the wings, potstickers and French fries to share. The bulgogi wings were absolute amazing, a generous portion full of flavor. The potstickers weren't super special but I appreciated that they had a little crunch and tasted very fresh. The French fries were somewhere disappointing because they tasted very bland. When you order here there is ample seating right in front or around the corner. I highly recommend you try Blasian Asian Way if you're ever nearby!

    Eating double smashburger

My boyfriend insisted we try this place out, so I'll leave you with the things he said. "Food is incredible, and the staff is really kind. You can tell they're passionate about their product. Smashburger is unbelievable." Outdoor seating only.

Beef bowl, looks can be deceiving!

Tried this food truck last night at cyan mallard creek. I was so excited to try the wings, which are on the site. I walked up and kind of waited for a bit while the guy was organizing some things, when he finally acknowledged me he asked if I had any questions, I said no and asked if I could place an order for the wings. He said, "I don't have wings!" Pointed at the sign on the side of the truck and asked me if I seen wings on there, then proceeded to say that they weren't an option to be ordered online as if I were supposed to know that as a walk up... Good grief! I should have walked away at that point, but me being me, I ordered anyway to try and support. I ordered the beef bowl, and he asked if I wanted kimchi. I asked if it could be included separately on the side, and he still added it in the bowl. I had faith in this food because of all of the great reviews, but sadly, I was also disappointed with the food as well. The beef bowl looked good, but everything was bland. The rice was mushy, and the beef was "Ford tough. ".... I've had some pretty awesome, tender, and flavorful beef bulgogi from L&L, I'll stick with them when I need my fix, plus they're friendlier. And as bad as I wanted to try the wings, I'll pass on this food truck. Work on your service with people. I hate when a business treats me like they're doing me a favor when I'm choosing to spend my hard earned money with your establishment.. To be fair two stars earned because service was fast.

Really great food truck! All the food was fresh and so flavorful! I loved how big the portions were too. I tried the fried dumplings and they were super crispy and good. I also had the loaded steak bulgogi fries. They were really tasty! I loved all the sauces on top and the tender steak pieces!

Blasian food truck stopped by today in Yorkshire neighborhood. My son wanted beef bulgogi. He only ate half. So I finished it. It wasn't spicy which is good for me. Because I don't do spicy. Yes I'm a different type of Asian. Bulgogi was very flavorful and well made. The service was quick like he's ready for us., customer service was on point. Too bad I ate ahead of time or else I would order more. I was hoping he will have fried Tteokbokki or Dakkocci which is a type of Korean skewers. Almost like a yakitori. I would've been stalking this food truck. All in all, I will have to track him down to try other things.

Because it is a highly popular neighborhood spot and the bar area fills up quickly, I definitely suggest making a reservation in advance. Whether you end up sitting in the main restaurant or hanging out around the bar, the staff is always remarkably attentive and ensures you have a fantastic overall experience. I have been here several times now, and the kitchen consistently impresses. Some of my absolute favorite menu highlights include the oven-fried bread, Brussels sprouts, fresh oysters, California deviled eggs, short rib ragu, and the hanger steak. To round out the meal, their custom cocktail menu offering is seriously impressive. As a huge fan of dirty martinis, I can happily report that they serve a solid one--and they even have blue cheese olives to top it off!

We got the whipped burrito appetizer and shared the seafood tagliatelle which they portioned for us. The appetizer was delicious. 5 stars. But the pasta left much to be desired. Barely any seafood in it. Too much butter sauce. Some shrimp were undercooked and others overcooked and definitely overpriced ugh! We were not pleased and decided we will not be returning. Atmosphere very nice. Bar area really nice. That's it really. Nothing spectacular. Nothing special. Not much to say at all.
