For my toppings I went with pepperoni, salami, mushrooms, green peppers, mozzarella, ricotta, and a dusting of dried oregano flakes. The pizza was quite good, but they need to pay a little more attention to the baking process in that very hood wood oven given a side of my pizza was a little on the burnt side. However, most of it was no, and what was not was great. The crust was of the thinner variety and tasted quite good. It had a good crunch too. The pepperoni and salami were both very tasty, the mushrooms were tender, and the green peppers were a mix bag given their unevenness. However, I do expect them to slice the green peppers in a more uniform fashion for a better visual appeal and for more even cooking. Also, distribute them evenly on the pie too. Review based on our last two visits within 2 months. This place became a garbage. Ordered pizza with pepperoni (probably medium size) still it was like 1,5 pepperoni pieces per slice. And they were out of cool fountain drinks they used to have. Tonight my son and husband ordered chicken bbq pizza and cheese pie. BBQ pizza (surprisingly had blue cheese, but it's our bad for not reading ingredients probably) on another hand cheese pie was like all red ( had a very little bit of cheese on it). Unfortunately can't submit the pepperoni pizza pics because were thinking that they just had a bad day. But now... it's just in acceptable!!! Came to this location for the first time, I have tried Blaze at other location but this one was disappointing. The pizza I ordered was burned. I returned them and the manager gave me a refund. Also, the workers need to change gloves in between prepping food and doing other things like assembling pizza boxes. How do you not have large pizza boxes then compensate but cutting up your order and stacking them on top of each other to fit in these boxes???? I'm lost.... The pizza and service were great! I only deducted one star because my husband is celiac and ordered the gluten free pizza. They asked if it was an allergy and he confirmed that it's an allergy, but they were not careful at all. I think it's a lack of education and training because they didn't seem to understand cross contamination. They used the same utensils as gluten pizzas and literally put a wheat pizza on top of his gluten free one before it was cut. It's the worst cross contamination I've seen in a long time. He didn't eat the pizza because it would've made him very sick, so I suggest if you're gluten free for health benefits that's fine, but this place is not safe for celiacs. Extremely similar to project pie. You select your pizza crust... sauce... toppings. They also offer dough knots and salad. Good pizza. Good customer service. A little bit of a line on the weekend but the workers do their best to get it down. I don't like howw the workers use the same hand gloves for all ordders. Let me start with, I love pizza. I decided to check this place out since I was in the area. The place is clean, and the service is 10/10. Madeline was extremely friendly and very welcoming. Im a bit picky when it comes to my pizza, because I really hate when my pepperoni is soggy like, but Madeline made my pizza perfectly! There's nothing better than crispy edge pepperoni on a fresh pizza. The taste was really good, not gross oily at all. This might be my new favorite pizza joint. Never again! This place is so poorly managed. I wanted 58 minutes for a pizza. I had been waiting there for 20 minutes and noticed they were backed up so I went to the mall for another 20 minutes to walk around. I came back and they again said it was being prepared. Fast forward 8 minutes and still nothing. No apology no order nothing. I requested a refund and the guy said it would have to be through the manager tomorrow. Poor poor poorly managed place. This place was okay. I wasn't blown away, and it wasn't bad. It's your average build your own pizza place, just like Project Pie, but with a different name. The highlight for me was the $8.95 for a good size pizza I shared. They made it the way I wanted, so of course I liked it. The pear lime drink was refreshing and good. They were out of salads on display, but they made our salad fresh so that was good. The Caesar salad was okay, I didn't care for the dressing. The dessert cookie s'more was delicious!! They cooked it in the oven so the marshmallow had a campfire taste. Messy but worth every bite and stickiness it left on my fingers. Yum. The toppings looked fresh, the workers were friendly, prices were reasonable, they had a variety of drinks such as sodas, teas, lemonades, and aquas frescas, and for the most part it looked clean. There was a large indoor seating area with a lot of nats and fruit flies. -1 point because it was annoying swatting them away. This is probably the only pizza I will eat moving forward! Add as much toppings as you can (build your on pizza option). The cauliflower crust is absolutely delicious! Everything tastes fresh. The meats ( pepperoni, ham etc) or not even salty like other pizza chains. The environment is very clean, presentable and restrooms available! Which are very clean by the way. One of my favorite pizza places as my eating life style can be difficult, but this place always has me! We came in, friendly staff and they know how to make a tasty pizza. Mine was piled on and much better when you walk in versus web orders. I try to come at least once a week as it's so good! Today was the 4th time I've been here & it has been excellent every single time. My daughters love this place because they can "build their own" pizzas which makes eating them even more fun to them. It's a very kid friendly place. Every time I've come here I've seen the same employee, a young man with an islander tattoo. He is very kind & professional. When we came here for the first time he explained the menu for us & walked us through the different options. Today we came in with my Aunt who had never been there, he asked if it was her first time there & when she said yes he right away explained all the available options & how the menu worked. It was very helpful for her. His customer service goes above & beyond, especially in these days where many places are lacking in customer service. He is clear & thorough when he speaks & always has a smile. So today we asked him his name, since we noticed the employees don't wear name tags, & he said Isaiah. We want to thank Isaiah for always giving amazing customer service. We all enjoyed our pizzas very much, as we each did a build your own. The pizzas were baked to perfection. I have Celiac Disease, so for them to offer Gluten Free pizza crust made me SO HAPPY! Until there was a cross contamination somehow. I'm assuming lack of communication down the line, or using regular tools instead of the Gluten Free color coordinated tools, who knows but i announced it when I came in and asked all of the questions I could in regards to my situation. I went back to get a refund, they acted like they didn't know what to do or how serious people's allergies / diseases may be to gluten, learn to take this seriously. I ordered their Build Your Own Pizza, and for $8.95 (+ tax) you get an unlimited number of toppings. You get your own personalized pizza with a diameter of about a foot (by my estimate). That's such a steal! I came in on a Thursday at around 1 pm. There was one other person in line. I ordered grilled chicken, spinach, tomatoes, jalapeños and mushrooms with the spicy red sauce, mozzarella cheese and ricotta. It took maybe 5-7 minutes for my pizza to cook, and when it came out of the oven, all of the ingredients were cooked, and it was delicious! I was in a bit of a time crunch, so I'm glad I got some quality food in a relatively quick amount of time. Nothing was disappointing about the food and the cauliflower crust was really yummy, but customer service from one specific worker was absolutely terrible which is why I'm not giving it anymore than a 3. My mom asked for more forks since the area where they would be was out. He looks under the cabinet for two seconds and then says they're out. He proceeds to tell us to go to the restaurant next door to go get a fork if we really want it. So not only was he unprofessional, he was rude! He hands my mom one fork that was sitting next to the drink dispenser and it was dirty and debatable if it was used! So that was unsanitary! He really made it visible that he was not putting in the effort to at least make sure they were completely out of forks. When my mom went up to the register to ask if they really had no forks, another lady went to double check the same cabinet, and found an abundance of clean and unused forks! If you feel like eating a pizza, don't waste your time and just get a frozen pizza. So you order your pizza and go down this "line" while they put your pizza together. It was a jumbled mess when I went through. The prep line on the builders side was a hot mess. Different ingredients were spread out everywhere. It was messy and spilled out of their containers. The container that had the garlic had pieces of mushroom and Spinach in it. One of the employees was fishing for garlic in between the other items that were not supposed to be in there and placing it on the pizza. The place was at a steady pace, so not too busy for someone to not clean the area. By the way, they use the same glove to dip into each container when they build your pizza. They don't use utensils. Except the sauce. So hand goes into cheese, hand goes into peppers, hand goes into pepperoni. Same glove. Never changed. Dipping each time. Different ingredients sticking onto a glove, then mixing with other ingredients. Hope you're not allergic to anything. So after you pay and wait for you food to be cut, you see only one employee boxing up all these orders. He seems to be jumping around orders because they keep piling up. I noticed that people's orders weren't done all at once. So the only place for him to place the partially done orders is on the top of his working area. It just sits there, and there's no warmer. I had ordered two pizzas and some cheesy bread. My pizzas were done, and the cheesy bread wasn't even baking in the oven. So waited some more while they finally had them cooked. By this time, my pizzas were sitting out for more than 5 minutes. While this kid is busting his butt, two guys who I assume were management, were just standing there and staring. No help from them. Guess they don't help. Didn't even help make the prep area look somewhat decent. Finally get food and go home. Can already tell that my food is not hot. Opened the box and pizza is barely warm. So I've given this place numerous times to get it right . I'm on keto and live pizza and they actually have a good Keto Pizza . I placed my order to be delivered at 4:45 pm and actually got my pizza around 5:10 . My pizza was delivery person had another with them and the guy was lying down in the front seat of the car holding my pizza smoking a cigarette. I'm a non smoker and I could smell the cigarette smoke on the pizza box . I have emailed and called this company before but you don't get a email back or even a call back .
