Food is great. I worship the one close to where I live in the Menifee area. This one is different. The crew could work on their customer service skills. They don't get along. No Team work. They don't talk to each other and mind their own business which translates to poor customer service. One of the crew was even getting snappy with me and another customer. Solid 4. The food is good. The service is slow. My only issue, and it's not unique to this location, is you pay first. Then you get your food once it's ready. When you pick up your food, they offer you sauce and then charge you for it. If you're gonna charge for sauce, at least give me the option to do it upfront. read more

I was here tuesday evening (5/19) around 8pm. there was 5 people ahead of me and there were only two people working. Only one of them was preparing the pizzas. By the time it was my turn - he did not acknowledge me...and instead picked up all the to go orders received, and started working on them. I didn't say anything, but after the 3rd pizza I finally said - could you please make my order since I was technically here waiting in line before those to go orders printed. He finally took my order, but he kept leaving the area and would actually touch the ingredients without changing gloves and I had to ask him to stop and change gloves before touching the meats! I asked for the manager and it was apparently the lady at the register. I explained my frustration and she apologized - even though it was not her fault. But that guy needs some training. Don't be rude, and don't touch other things like handles, packaging, and register and expect to use the gloves to touch the food items! read more

We came in on a Thursday night for one of our kids' fundraiser event. We decided on a build your own pizza and a white top. Initially it went well, until we got to the second person that helped us put all the toppings on our pizza. She was very rushed and did not pay attention to what she's doing. She missed the arugula on our white top. This is a preset, signature Blaze pizza. Shouldn't you know what goes on it? We ended up missing out on the arugula because well, we shouldn't have to memorize the menu. We only noticed until after we opened our pizza box. The build your own was great! We added whatever toppings that we wanted and it tasted delicious. Both pizzas were actually delicious and we haven't gone to Blaze pizza in a long time. So the food did not disappoint us. What was disappointing is the rude behavior of staff towards customers. After paying for our pizza and showing the flyer for the fundraiser with another staff (male) and grabbing our water cups, we found a table and tried to settle our kids. The female staff that was helping us with our toppings earlier yelled across the food counter and the dining area, to my husband, "Hey, did you guys pay???". I mean, RUDE! yes, we paid. As a staff member, if you're not sure, you could easily WALK TOWARD our table and ask us nicely. Do staff not get any training in customer service anymore? Thanks to the staff! We had worst Mother's Day' nightmare! My sister in law is in town , she wants to eat pizza for Mother's Day so we decide to get some " build your own " pizza. I went to azusa location before so I know it would taste good . I did online order for 4 pizzas and sent my husband to pick them up. When he came back , he only got 2 pizzas out of the 4 I ordered . So I called and ask the staff where are the rest of 2 pizzas . I asked for partial refund , The staff said he can't refund the 2 pizzas I didn't get , and even told me I shouldn't be mad since I got "most of my order " ! And started arguing with me . That was speechless ! He said in the phone : The only thing He can offered me is an extra pizza and bread if I go there again to pick up . Amazing customer service provided by Raymond, Derek and Scarlett Raymond was super sweet! He ensured our doughs were made correctly. Scarlett was super sweet when she was adding our toppings. She made me feel happy to come to this place every time she added a topping she did it with a smile! The pizza is always perfection when the cooks make it! Derek was super friendly and a noticed he was saying "HOT" when pizzas were coming out ensuring his fellow teammates were safe. I haven't heard a cook say that here yet so it was nice hearing it! It was bad to the point where my girlfriend had to step in and let her know there is a time and a place to correct mistakes and that isn't in front of customers out in the open. LOVED THE STAFF! We came in late last night close to 10:30- btw I never knew blaze didn't close until 11pm which is super helpful after a long day. There was a pretty long line but it went down quickly. I could tell the staff were exhausted but they were never rude or short or not helpful, and I'm just grateful they let us order. The pizza was great but you already knew that. I discovered they have something called high rise dough and it doesn't pair well with wet veggies- the cashier let us know it makes the dough soggy. I used to love coming here, but today the salad is wilted and soggy. The fountain drinks have gnats flying all around them and the pizza is covered with burnt black crust droppings from the oven. They really need to clean the oven. It's just too much black stuff on the crust underneath and on top of the cheese. Also this place is covered in dirt and dust.
