I checked in yesterday for lunch and had a really good time!!! Jasmine was such a fun and energizing First Point of Contact Order Taker. I love how organized and pleasant her personality is and how hilariously honest she is to play and connect with, and her Communication Skills are so sharp and efficient! Jasmine helped me get my Take Two combo started, I tried the Greek Salad here for the first time and absolutely fell in LOVE with the deliciously refreshing Lemon Vinaigrette!!! The Gentlemen who helped create my Pizza and serve my Order were both really nice too! They took their time and painted the Crust with the special Pesto Sauce I enjoy, and loaded up my Pizza with the Pineapples, Spinach, Mushrooms, and Roasted Garlic I enjoy. All the Desserts were stacked so beautifully that I decided to try a Chocolate Chip Cookie which they offered to warm up for me too! What made my Experience especially fun and memorable were all the Teammates that made friendly Eye Contact with me and smiled, especially the Manager! I felt very welcomed and at Home and the Environment felt focused and Professional - all the Pizza Boxes were folded and prepped Neatly and the Pizza Smiths were focused on making sure all the Pies came out thoroughly cooked and crispy. This is real good pizza. The bbq chicken, meat lovers, and veggie one are always fresh and they have great ingredients. You can make your own custom pie. I typically have a good experience with the Eastvale location, however, my recent experience was not so good. I arrived at opening only to find all the ingredients were leftover from the night before, nothing was fresh, in fact, the vegetables were wilted, the pizza sauce was not appealing as it was full of other stuff from the counter, the meat station was basically empty, no sausage, pepperoni appears old, the counter was not clean, the lemonade station was empty and so not clean. I'm allergic to pineapple, so I usually order my pizza with pineapple on the side for my one kiddo who loves it. In total my family and I got 5 pizzas, and we have been regulars for a long time, but that was enough to get me to stop coming, any other pizza place you can get half and half and it counts as 1 topping. Yikes. Came here on a Tuesday in August for the Kids Eat free promo (free kids cheese pizza with adult pie). Service was great. Pizza was great. Today, it's the next day, and I needed to use one of my Blaze rewards so we came back. Yikes! What a different today. I asked if they did the simple pie the way they did the kids cheese pizza, which was mozzarella and ovalini. The sweet girl helping me said they could do ovalini instead of the listed Parmesan. Sounds great. When I get to the register the girl tells me I have to pay extra for the ovalini. I told her the other girl said it was fine, and that I wouldn't have ordered it for the extra topping. I watched him wipe his nose multiple times and then touch utensils, parchment paper, pizza cutters, and customers' pizzas--all without gloves! Sad to say that the service here is not well. Only one employee here is really nice and she takes the time to make the order correctly without hesitation. My dadsaid he went in today and the manager was stingy/rude to put the toppings on if someones paying to come to your business and the food costs a lot of money you should be serving what the customer is asking for its their food. My dad left and did not order went to MOD instead they are always nice there and look like they are enjoying their job. When you're a manager you lead by example for the team or they follow the behaviors you lead. I was a manager too, you want to bring good business for your team and customers. Environment needs more work. I know it sounds harsh but its embarrassing when you get treated wrong for asking for extra things on your food. Please take accountability! Went to this location 2 days ago. We told the person helping us that my daughter has an anaphylactic allergy to dairy prior to ordering. She acknowledged our statement and request for carefulness. At other stores, they have a separate prep station for this type of scenario, but not here I guess. The area was a complete mess. It was obvious that they just try to go as fast as possible because ingredients were everywhere including in other bins. There was mozzarella in everything including the dairy free cheese. After watching them grab pepperoni with cheese sandwiched between them and placing them on the pizza, we had to ask for a new one. More like this happened. Once we finally got through the prep and the pie was cooked, the gentleman pulling the pizzas out just set the dairy free pizza on top of 2 other pizzas. First thought was "why would you ever stack fresh pizzas on top of each other?" Next thought was "wait, that's our pizza that can't touch the others". I asked the guy if that was the one with dairy free cheese, to which he acknowledged "yes". I told him the situation and he immediately started defending himself as if it wasn't his fault since "nobody told me". So we had to wait more for them to make a new one...again. I wrote an email to corporate asking them to look into the practices at this store on the way home. When we finally got home and went to eat, there was regular cheese melted in with the dairy free cheese because of the messy prep station. My daughter could not eat the pizza and we had to throw away that $14 meal. This may sound like complaining about something minor to some. Eating out is hard for my daughter but a great treat when we can do it. People don't understand that when a restaurant offers allergy free options but the employees don't care nor understand the situation, this can literally end up in death. Avoid this location. Placed an order online on 11/01/2022 for pick up, and showed up about 15min later (around when the app said it'd be ready). Proceeded to wait 20min for my order, while watching ~5 customers walk in after me, order their pizzas, and receive their pizzas. All before blaze even started making my order that I had placed (at this point) 30 minutes ago. When they did eventually get to my pizzas, they forgot 3/4 toppings on one of them, and had to re-make it. At this point the other pizza was getting cold. The employees were unhelpful, and the manager didn't seem to care and blamed their online ordering system. When they re-made my pizza, it was then a little under-cooked, since they were rushing. I have been here a few times now and although the pizza tastes good they really don't like to put toppings on the pizza. If you ask for chicken they put a couple little pieces on it and then if you ask for more they put the smallest amount on. They are very stingy with toppings which is a shame. Turning into a chipotle with their inability to properly give good portions. Plus, half of the young employees don't seem at all interested in being employed there. Too bad. First let me establish, I do enjoy Blaze and their pizzas is my fav. We came here one evening for dinner and got our regular orders: 2 pepperonis and 1 bbq chicken. Everything looked perfect until I bit into the pizza. The overwhelming flavor of burnt charcoal-like took over. It was for all 3 pizzas. Normally my kid would eat 3/4 of the pizza, but they only took a few bites before refusing to eat saying it didn't taste good. There wasn't anything wrong with the dough or topping. I believe the oven wasn't cleaned (compared to the other blaze locations I've gone to) and the left over residue got baked into the bottom of the pie. I don't know if this happens often but if management sees this, please have your teams clean the pizza oven. The ingredients are fresh and the dough is absolutely perfect, but an unclean pizza oven can ruin all of that and that's what happened to our pies. read more
